  This is an outstanding rental unit with gorgeous views that are unbeatable and breathtaking! Very well appointed condo in an excellent location. It is right on the beach and is walking distance to many things. We would definitely stay here again!! The owner was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone.

  This is an absolutely beautiful condo - sparkling clean and well equipped. The views are amazing from every room, and the owners have provided comfortable furniture, wonderful beds and bedding, and a stocked kitchen. Joan could not have been nicer to deal with - would recommend this condo to anyone coming to Siesta Key. The beach out front is gorgeous, soft white sand, and chaise lounges and chairs provided for your use. Had lovely dinners at Opehlia's on the Bay, and also Tommy Bahama's in St. Armand's Circle. Will come back!

  this condo is INCREDIBLE..we have rented many times from VRBO and this was the BEST..it lacked nothing..comfy beds, the best stocked kitchen, plenty of living space,screened lanai is just spectacular for views of a spectacular beach, 3 flat screen t.v.s....there are beach chairs supplied by the condo association and the unit has beach towels, beach umbrella , kids beach toys...the owner, joan, was so easy to deal with and even called my cell about an hour after we arrived to see if all was in order...the entire area is just wonderful...thanks for the GREAT place joan....we WILL return one day... janice and roger

  Can't beat the location and view from this condo, right on beautiful Crescent Beach. Condo is very clean, well maintained and has beautiful updates. Furniture is very comfortable (unlike some other condos I've stayed in). Kitchen is the best equipped of any condo in my experience. Only downside is lanai is not glassed so can't sit out when weather is cool or rainy, but it is screened floor to ceiling so the view from living area is almost as good. The owner is very helpful, readily and quickly answers questions I had before arrival and checks in after arrival to make sure everything is OK. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay here again myself.

  Owner response: Our priority is neat/clean. We have several clients come back year after year. We keep our condo in a condition in which we would like to stay.

  We stayed in Feb 2012 & loved this place. The unit was exactly as described and the owner very easy to work with. This condo is so nice your proud to invite friends over to see it! It is perfectly located for all the Siesta Key fun, restaurants and shopping. We'll be back.

  This condo is sparkling clean, perfectly maintained and the view from every room is AWSOME! The unit is comfortable and nicely decorated. We flew down with carry-on bags and everything we needed was there... linens for the bed, towels for baths and beach towels for pool and beach. It is also very nice that the condo supplies tons of beach chairs. This is our vote for number one spot located on USA's #1 voted beach!
