We were introduced to Siesta Key by our friends and fell in love with the Blue Waters of the
Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful White Quartz Sands of Crescent Beach (Siesta Key). Our clients
come from all over the world and come back year after year. It is an area which is very family
oriented and safe. We are located just two hours from Disney World and only one hour from
Busch Gardens.

We both grew up in the Northeast part of the Country in Orchard Park, New York
(suburb of Buffalo, New York). We have been going to Siesta Key on and off since
1979. After purchasing our first condo at that time, we have invested in several
other properties Gulffront and Intercoastal.
