This 4th floor unit has a breathtaking direct ocean & pool view, plus long range coastline view from every room in the unit and from the private screened balcony. No building blocks your view which is one of a kind in this building.
All rooms are tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need. The master suite includes a comfotable King bed, 27' Vizio flat screen LCD TV, large dressing area w/ built in vanity, walk in closet and remodled full bath with granite countertops. The second bedroom includes two new Serta twin mattresses with sitting area and oversized closet. Additional double bed located in the hide-away sofa. Full eat in kitchen. Oceanviews from every room. Beautiful view from private screened in porch, overlooking beach with a direct and southern view of the entire coast line. We furnish the condo as a place we want to stay in, not as a rental.

I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The beach was so peaceful and the condo itself was very cozy. The owners were also very accommodating and incredibly easy to work with. You can hear and see the ocean from every room and never tired of listening or looking at it. My favorite thing to do was to lounge on the patio in a chair facing the ocean. That was awesome! It was also very close to Disney and Universal. Will definitely be going back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at Satellite Beach. We had not previously stayed in Satellite Beach, only at Cocoa. Cocoa is a busier place, Satellite is more quiet and peaceful. The condo building is just south of Patrick AFB, so the beach to the north is pretty much deserted. I enjoyed going for runs on the beach. The kids enjoyed playing in the ocean during high tide. At low tide the rocks become more exposed and it is not so good for surfing, boogie boards, etc. Condo was clean, everything worked ok. Owner was timely in responses to any questions we asked. I would recommend this condo to others for vacation stays.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We spent 9 days during the 2011 Christmas week on the space coast in the fourth floor unit. We found the unit to be very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The pictures and description of the unit were very accurate. The view of the ocean was excellent and it was very relaxing to hear the surf as we drifted off to sleep. The surrounding grounds were well maintained and an excellent area to swim in the beautiful pool or relax in beach chairs. If you plan to stay in the Cocoa Beach-Satellite Beach area I highly recommend this rental unit. The owners were very nice to work with and represent the best qualities in condo owners. They were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns. Besides the coastal activities, the Orlando attractions are less than an hour away, so this area is an excellent choice for family vacations at any time of the year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The unit was large & had a nice balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean & pool. We would definately stay here again. Plenty of towels & beach toys & beach chairs. The owners were very easy to work with & our deposit was returned promptly.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi,we are your hosts, Jennifer and Christopher Tanner. We are both native Floridians and from 4 and 5 generation Floridian families respectively. Jennifer was born and raised in Ormond Beach, FL, while Chris is from Lakeland, FL. Jennifer and I met while attending Florida State University. We are big Seminole fans, but we welcome Gator fans to stay with us, especially as our daughter was treated for months at Shand's hospital for a rare brain tumor. Our three children are under 7 years of age, including Evie who is doing amazingly well after years of chemotherapy and radiation. We have a strong focus in finding ways to make great things happen out of a difficult experience. We are proud of the opportunities we have had sharing our story with others to provide hope in getting through something so unimaginable. We are also thrilled to help various charities like Runway for Hope and St Bladricks raise money for Pediatric Cancer Research. We live and work near Orlando, FL a easy drive from the beach. We love visiting our condo as much as possible when available and our children have the best time at the beach. We furnish the condo as we want to live, not as a rental unit. It is nicely appointed, knick knack free and safe so we can relax and enjoy our time too. We have been hosting guests in our condo for awhile and we enjoy seeing many families visit with us year after year. Nothing makes us happier when families feel the property is their vacation home too. We love everything about our state; its natural beauty, it's heritage and and all of its sunshine. Why the Owner Chose Satellite Beach:
1. Convenient location to Orlando - only an hour drive and most of which is interstate highway
2. Convenient location to central Florida attractions - only an hour drive to Disney and Universal parks and only a half hour to Kennedy Space center.
3. Not your typical Florida east coast Florida beach - peace and quiet because of limited public access and nearly 8 miles of protected beaches to the north.
4. Spectacular view - an incredible southern view of the coastline from every room in the condo. We have seen other condo's views and we feel strongly that this view is unparalled. We bought two out of 5 units avaialable in our building with this view. That is how much we love it as do our guests!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It is unlike any other location on the east cost. Sandpiper Towers is located directly south of Patrick Air Force Base (less than a .25 mile). The entire beach along the air force base is all protected, nearly 8 miles, so it makes for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. It is very different from what is typically advertised for Florida beaches such as Cocoa or Daytona. There are no crowds or cars driving on the beach, so if you are looking for peace and quite, this is definitely the spot. At the same time it is conveniently located to local shoping and dining, as well a short 8 mile drive to Cocoa if you want to see some of the local attractions or 7 miles to Melbourne if you want to experience one of the local trendy shopping areas.
