We had a blast in satellite beach and your place was awesome! We couldn't get over how quiet it was!! It was a true sanctuary away from the grind of life. Thanks for everything and we will see you next year. :)

I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The beach was so peaceful and the condo itself was very cozy. The owners were also very accommodating and incredibly easy to work with. You can hear and see the ocean from every room and never tired of listening or looking at it. My favorite thing to do was to lounge on the patio in a chair facing the ocean. That was awesome! It was also very close to Disney and Universal. Will definitely be going back next year!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at Satellite Beach. We had not previously stayed in Satellite Beach, only at Cocoa. Cocoa is a busier place, Satellite is more quiet and peaceful. The condo building is just south of Patrick AFB, so the beach to the north is pretty much deserted. I enjoyed going for runs on the beach. The kids enjoyed playing in the ocean during high tide. At low tide the rocks become more exposed and it is not so good for surfing, boogie boards, etc. Condo was clean, everything worked ok. Owner was timely in responses to any questions we asked. I would recommend this condo to others for vacation stays.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We spent 9 days during the 2011 Christmas week on the space coast in the fourth floor unit. We found the unit to be very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The pictures and description of the unit were very accurate. The view of the ocean was excellent and it was very relaxing to hear the surf as we drifted off to sleep. The surrounding grounds were well maintained and an excellent area to swim in the beautiful pool or relax in beach chairs. If you plan to stay in the Cocoa Beach-Satellite Beach area I highly recommend this rental unit. The owners were very nice to work with and represent the best qualities in condo owners. They were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns. Besides the coastal activities, the Orlando attractions are less than an hour away, so this area is an excellent choice for family vacations at any time of the year.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The unit was large & had a nice balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean & pool. We would definately stay here again. Plenty of towels & beach toys & beach chairs. The owners were very easy to work with & our deposit was returned promptly.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We loved our stay at the Tanner's condo in Florida. The condo is darling and very accommodating for our family of five. The facility is very clean and the beachfront was lovely. Can't wait to return!

Thanks to the Tanners for their beautiful condo,everything was just perfect. The view was awesome. Very safe and comfortable surroundings. People were friendly and helpful, especially Carolyn. I couldn't believe everything that was available,such as beach towels,chairs and umbrellas. I could go on and on about the amenities. AWESOME! We had such a great time, the condo was everything we expected it to be, the people there are so nice,it's quiet,handy for anything you want to do,loved it so much,extending our stay for next year,our kids and grandkids had a super time there.Loved listening to the waves at night,peaceful!!

Aug 2009 What a wonderful before school get away. This was our 1st time using VRBO and working with the Tanner's made it all so simple. Loved the view and condo was perfect.The kids had a blast on the beach. We used the restaurant guide book ALOT! We will definitely consider it again. Thank you Tanner's!

We stayed at the Satellite Beach condo the second week of July and we loved it! The location was perfect for all our activities and day trips and was very accessible to good restaurants and shopping. We were initially reluctant to rent vacation accomodations online, sight-unseen from strangers.....but the Tanners and their condo lived up to and surpassed all our expectations. Our condo was huge, clean, and very well-appointed. With two adults and two kids, we never felt crowded. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed the condo and really appreciated the tour binder that provided recommendations for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for making our first visit to Florida so memorable!

e stayed in this condo in May 2009. Having family in the area we frequently stay in this area. The condo was all it is advertised to be. It is comfortable and well kept. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in Florida.

We stayed at this condo in early April and loved it. Great location, very quiet which was wonderful for relaxing. Loved being so close to the ocean for daily morning walks. Pool would've been nice if heated. We would definitely come back if in the area again.

We had the pleasure to stay in the Sandpiper #405 for three months. Florida was a bit cold this winter, but the apartment was great. Quiet, peaceful, nice neighbors, awesome view. Ammenities in the unit leave nothing lacking and if there was any need for something, be assured the TANNERS would provide it. A+ rating for an A+ condo.

Enjoyed our stay. Fair price for the week. Great views. Quiet, perfect for my family of four. My 10 yr old daughter and 8 yr old son had a great time in the pool and a great beach for sea shell hunting. Loved the proxsimity to drive to disney (1hr). We chose to drive to disney three days out of the seven days. Perfect way for us to have the beach and disney. Both mom and dad had a great time even while doing disney for the kids and even catching a 1/2day at Kennedy Space Center. The building is older but the unit we stayed in (405) was very clean and very comfortable for our family that expects quality and comfort on vacation. middle of sept was perfect for us. Thank you Tanners. I will recommend your unit to others....

We stayed in the fourth floor unit and had a great time. The views are terrific. The unit was neat/clean and well-supplied; it really felt like home away from home. Also, the location and access to Melbourne and the Orlando area could not have been better.

Just finished a week at the Tanner's condo. It's all they say and more. (My wife picked up all the sea shells I think as they are some of the best we have found at a number of beaches...But no, she left a few.) Great time. Plan to do it again! Chuck and Micki

We just came back from a 1 week vacation in this condo and couldn't be happier! Well, the boys could; they want to live there now! The owners were great, the residents were very friendly, lots to do; we even saw a turtle lay eggs. Great surfing and boogie boarding! Even our dog loved the place! We hope to come back again

Beautiful condo. Very tastefully decorated and well furnished--especially the kitchen. Lots of extras for the traveler like qtips, and beach chairs. No need to bring linens or plush towels--they are there. Great view from each room. Constantly refreshing. Family atmosphere. Thanks. LPF

My daughter, grandson and I just returned from a five week stay at this condo. It was great! The people were all very friendly, and the screened-in balcony provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere. The condo itself was nicely furnished and much of it was recently refurbished. Thank you Tanners for being super hosts!

This place was the best place we have stayed at so far. We vacation in Melbourne every year but have always stayed in a hotel. With the hurricanes from last year our regular hotel was not available due to damage. We found this place on the VRBO website and Chris and Jennifer are excellent hosts. They answered all our questions and worked with us to pick the perfect date for all of us. Their place is exactly as it is described and looks just like the pictures. We had a fantastic one week vacation relaxing on the beach that was mostly secluded during our week. Everything was perfect. Thanks Chris and Jennifer for a wonderful vacation. We shall return again and again.

Tanners, This was our first time renting a condo over the internet, and we couldn't of picked a better one!!!! The views were great, the people were all friendly. And we did get to see some sea turtles in the water and we had fun in the morning seeing where they came to shore. The condo made you feel like your right at home but then you look out the window and you see the beach it's just great. And your in driving range from everything, we almost seen the shuttle go off the first time but then they scrubbed it. We would come back sometime for sure. Teresa Curry & Family Bear, DE

Dear Tanners, Of the three units we rented for our reunion yours, by far, had the greatest view. I really appreciated it since I have neuropathy in my legs and feet and can't get out and about as much as the others. Reading, resting and watching the view made for a very relaxing vacation. Thank you very much. Do you happen to remember where you bought the recliner in the second bedroom? Its size made it perfect for me and I would like to have one like it. Everyone in our party who wanted to see a sea turtle laying her eggs was able to and, sometimes, more than once. The Space Center was a big draw as was walking on the beach (my husband) and fishing (our sons). As one son remarked this reunion will be hard to top. Thanks so much. Mary Beckner

We stayed at the condo summer of '05 and absolutely loved it. It is a very nice sized condo and the view was great. The quietness of the beach was one of the best parts! We even got to swim with several sea turtles. :-)

what a wonderful vacation!! a pool and a beach for our 1 year old to enjoy!!!! to sit out on the enclosed porch at nite and listen to the ocean. the enclosed in porch made it nice not to have to worry about our daughter out there!! the condo included everything we could have ever needed! the tanners were wonderful to us ,while they were right in the middle of having their new edition evie. we would recommend this condo as well as stay again!!! thank-you

A VERY COMFORTABLE, NICELY DECORATED AND FULLY EQUIPPED CONDO IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION - CLOSE TO ORLANDO, COCOA BEACH, CAPE CANAVERAL, GOLF, FISHING CRUISES, SHOPPING, ETC.. CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS AN ACTIVE SOCIAL CALENDAR POOLSIDE OR IN REC ROOMS MAKING IT EASY TO MEET NEW PEOPLE. UNIT 405 HAS A GREAT VIEW OF THE POOL AND BEACH VISTA EXTENDS FOR MILES. BUILDING IS SECURE NIGHT AND DAY WITH VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF. OWNERS MAKE CERTAIN GUESTS ARE HAPPY THEY CHOOSE THIS EXCELLENT PLACE TO VACATION. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO DO SO AND HOPEFULLY WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THIS CONDO IN FUTURE YEARS.
