This two bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse Villa #6 is situated right on Great Bay Beach in a small complex of eleven individual villas with a lovely beach front pool and breathtaking ocean views.
This Villa #6 is one of only two Villas that has a fully unobstructed view of Great Bay on the second floor deck.
This gated complex, with full time on-site management, is the perfect place to just lounge around on your own private lanai or on your elevated deck overlooking the beautiful beach, or just to relax around the pool.
The location is ideal because it is only a short walk into the shopping area by using either the street or the beach. There are nightclubs and casinos within walking distance so you do not need to rent a car for the whole week, but a day trip around the island is highly recommended.
This is the only Villa that you can wake up in the morning and watch the cruise ships from your bed! What a view!
Beside relaxing by our gorgeous beach or beach-side pool and patio you can travel to St. Barts or Anguilla which is a short ten minute walk to the marina and a quick 30 minute boat ride away!
Our upgraded Villa provides you with all the amenities of home while being steps from the best shopping in the Caribbean and arguably the best beaches! Philipsburg is renowned for its duty free shopping which includes but is not limited to jewelry and fine Cuban cigars (which can be obtained for under $10 each).

About the owner: We are Canadian and have been traveling to St Maarten since 1982 and most recently have been staying at other spots on the island but fell in love with the quaintness of the gated community concept and decided that this is where we want to spend our retirement years when that happens in the future.

Where in the world can you walk 8 steps and be on your own sandy beach? In addition to this, you can walk into town for fine dining or walk around the corner to the store and pick up a couple of steaks and kick back. You have the best of all worlds!
