This bright and festive, air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is situated in the perfect location. Overlooking the fourteenth hole at Kelly Greens Country Club, you are only three miles from Sanibel and Captiva Islands and within five miles of Fort Myers Beach. Whether you love golf, tennis, swimming, the beach, fishing, shelling, shopping, etc, you will find these and many other activities nearby.

This monthly rental condo comes with a membership to the country club for $150 paid to the country club for the transfer of membership. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue area, and two tennis courts just outside your front door. There is also a tennis complex, another swimming pool, and an exercise room at the club which is available to members.

For those times where relaxation is key, the unit comes with a very nice entertainment center, including a stereo and DVD/VCR player, 32 inch TV with surround sound, and a wet bar. The furnished kitchen makes cooking as simple as putting together a terrific meal at home or you can take a short walk to the excellent full-service restaurant located at the clubhouse. There is also a washer and dryer to keep that wardrobe looking good.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is set up as a den and can easily be turned into another bedroom with the Murphy bed as seen in the picture - this queen-size bed is very comfortable for any guests to sleep on and yet it allows an area for reading, work, etc. when only one bed is required. Linens are also provided. An elevator is also available just a few steps down from the unit if you choose not to use the stairs. So, enjoy the terrific view from the third floor lanai as seen in the picture - it does not get much more relaxing than this!

Kelly Greens Country Club is a championship golf course, Par 72 and plays 6800 tough yards from the tips. They offer five different tee boxes to accommodate the skill level of any player. There is a driving range and the staff and pro shop are excellent. With the transfer of membership, there is only a minimal cart fee for playing all the golf you would like!
