If you are coming to America's Mart, Downtown Atlanta (Georgia Dome, Georgia World Congress Center, Philips Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN, Aquarium, World of Coke), we have the perfect location for you. Our condo is located at: 300 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30308
We're located across from the Hyatt Hotel. Our building has 24x7 security (concierge in lobby). Our unit is on the 16th floor. Owners are local and live in Atlanta.
Our furnished unit was fully remodeled last year. Full living room, separate bedroom, kitchen, full screened patio, remodeled bathroom. Condo has internet and flat screen HD TV.
We offer over 600 Sq ft living space, complete with large kitchen and living area, much larger than a common hotel suite. We offer the best combination of price and value in downtown Atlanta.
Location: Walking distance to America's Mart, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, Phillips Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, New World of Coca-Cola Museum.
Dining: Walking distance to Peachtree Street, Allen Plaza, Luckie Marietta. Midtown and Buckhead are a short drive or MARTA.

The unit was very very clean! Had everything one could need. complex staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great for one person or a couple. very relaxing for being downtown. I will stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We loved the place. Bed was great. My daughter slept on the pull out and thought that was a little hard. Great location for walking to the dome& aquarium, Less than a mile. Clean we left a list of little things to add to the homeyness :) Thank you for allowing us to stay there.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

Stayed here with a colleague for 5 nights when we were in Atlanta on business. It was a terrific location, within easy walking distance of the Georgia World Congress Center, most of the major area attractions, and lots of restaurants. Easy to catch a cab right across the street if you need to go further afield. The condo was clean and well supplied, and the pull-out couch was large and very comfortable. The bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable, which is why this is a 4-star rating instead of 5, but I should point out that I'm particularly sensitive to lumpy beds so it might not be much of an issue for someone else. The building is largely residential, and was quiet. The folks working at the concierge desk were great. I felt bad that we ended up leaving the key with them every morning, since we didn't know if we'd be coming back at the same time in the evenings and hadn't thought to ask ahead of time if we could have a second key, but they were consistently friendly and helpful and didn't seem put out at all. The owners were professional and responsive from first contact through check-out. Very easy transaction and interactions. On check-in, found a notebook in the condo with information about the area which was very helpful. Wi-fi password wasn't provided initially, but they responded quickly by text when I asked for it. This was my first time doing vrbo, and I was a little skeptical, but it worked out great. I'm so glad we stayed here and would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Atlanta.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have a web site with additional pictures of our unit at www.dontstayinhotels.com. Our unit has a great living, dining & kitchen area. We completely refinished the bathroom and just put in a 40" flat panel TV. We have a screened in balcony and we're a great place to unwind. Attached is a copy of our rental agreement. Our standard rates are $75/night (Mon-Thu) and $95/night (Fri-Sun), plus a one-time $50 cleaning fee. We charge 15% sales tax (same as nearby hotels). If needed, we can obtain a parking pass (come and go as you please) for $7.50/night. To reserve our suite: Please fax the attached agreement to 678-922-7611 or scan/email to mpk@komanski.com Brief message from our property manager… Peachtree Towers in a residential building, subject to evening noise restrictions. This simply means being a good neighbor and keeping noise down to reasonable levels after 10pm. We have a great unit for business & sightseeing. If you are planning on hosting an event, we recommend the Days Inn or Best Western for your party. Please advise if you are interested in reserving our suite. We receive many inquiries and fill up quickly (especially on weekends, holidays and short notice). We do not hold verbal reservations and require a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation. Thanks for considering staying with us.
