I've stayed at Eagles Landing before (as well as several other rental properties all over Rehoboth) and I have to say that this property was by far my favorite. Not only is it a beautiful home, but it's well maintained and clean. The beds are comfy, the appliances are relatively new and it has a great open floor plan on the first floor. The deck on the back is great. I really can't say a single negative thing about this place. It's not ocean front, but then again neither is the price. If you're willing to make a short drive to the beach or a bike ride to the beach then this is a great, quiet place to stay. You won't regret it. The owners were easy to work with and very friendly. Hope to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The property was just as represented and very clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was prompt in exchanging information and crediting the security deposit. I would recommend this rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

I am so thankful that we found this property to rent for our annual girls week. We have stayed at alot of places in Rehobeth Beach and nothing compares to this one. I've never seen a rental house so clean! We had plenty of space for our group of 7. The 2 1/2 baths come in handy when trying to get ready to go out. We lounged all day by the pool (there are 3!) and hit the night life after dark. The beds were so comfortable.....it was just what we needed after a long day. Thanks to the owners who were so accomodating and great to work with. We will definately be back again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We currently live in Wilmington, DE. We have two boys, Sean (9) and Ryan (7). We have found that we don't get down to the beach as much as we would like due to sporting activities. You'll notice how much love and care we place in our home and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach:
We bought this property mainly due to the fact that we chose to vacation in Captiva Sands also in Eagles Landing for a few summers leading up to this purchase. Our children enjoyed the ocean but enjoyed the pools equally. We found it quite simple to ride our bikes anywhere and within 10 to 15 minutes, we could be at the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk or at Grotto's in Dewey Beach. One of our most favorite places at the beach is Jungle Jim's water park. We can be in JJ's lazy river in 5 minutes from our town home.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The access to all three pools and the quiet calm of the pond and waterfall make this home relaxing. It's far enough away from the night life in Dewey Beach and Route 1. It's close enough to the beach that we can enjoy a bike ride getting there.
