  We have dozens of nice, funny, creative, 5 star, awesome comments in our actual guest book that we keep in the rental for all of our guests from around the world to sign. Here are just a few of our favorites... :) April 15th, 2013 Thank you so much for providing such an inviting space at such a beautiful location. It was incredible being able to enjoy the beach and grill fresh seafood on a private patio. For one of us, it was our first time on Oahu, and you have definitely helped create an indelible experience. We cant wait to be back! Kiwan and Bryan Los Angeles, CA (Go Dodgers!)   We had a fabulous time on the North Shore. The location was perfect, close to everything and right along the walking trail. Lindsey and Chris were wonderful. They gave us detailed directions to their place, even came out and met us when we got lost. The loft was clean and spacious. It was so wonderful to be able to hear the waves from our deck. We had everything we needed. The artwork and decor had a nice hawaiian feel. We can't wait to plan our next trip to come back and stay. Thanks again for everything.

  My husband and I went to Oahu for our one year anniversary/my birthday trip for two weeks early this October and stayed at Lynsey and Chris's loft. We explored many options before booking with Lynsey, but we are so happy with our decision. Not only can the location not be beat on the North Shore, the owners are very kind and quick to respond to any request from booking to information on the area. The loft itself is very cozy and clean. We loved hearing the gentle ocean roar from the bedroom each night. On some nights, we would pick up some poke from the Foodland (which is not far) and beers and watch old episodes of Lost via iPad on the patio while looking up at the stars. There is laundry on site for use which was extremely helpful with the length of our trip. The kitchen is well appointed. The space is not large, but plenty big enough for the two of us and the high ceilings make it feel very airy. It's upstairs with a private entrance, so while the owners live next door, you never feel intruded upon. The location, just a short walk to Sunset Beach and Pipeline is amazing. Also, just a short drive into Haleiwa town where we went to nearly every restaurant there and did some shopping for gifts for everyone back home. Overall, we had a amazing trip. If you want to avoid the hustle of Waikiki and have a more private stay, this is the way to go. Bang for your buck, it can't be beat. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

  This was the first vacation away from the mainland with our 3yr old son and it was fantastic! We pulled up and had no trouble with finding parking right in front of the unit. It was easy to access and very relaxing. The condo was more than big enough for the three of us, a queen bed, loft with bed and futon couch. It was clean and well appointed (even wifi!) Having grown up on Oahu, I can tell you this place is better than most. It is perfect for a genuine North Shore experience! The beach is just seconds away and that made it hard not to visit the beach and check the wave conditions multiple times a day! The best part is that by the time the waves reach the shore they are mild enough for kids to play. There is plenty of good food and supermarket near by. World famous Ted's bakery is right up the street <1minute drive, good for everything from a glazed donut to a full on dinner to go! We just got home but are making plans to go back :) Thanks Lindsay!

  My thanks to Lynsey for her hospitality during our week long stay. The rental was immaculate upon our arrival and well as, charming to make it feel as it was our home here back at our beach. The location is easy walking distance for any activity along The North Shore. I have stayed for many years at various residences along the 7 Mile MIracle and would recommend Lynsey's place for those that want quick beach access to Rocky Point and an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere!

  My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here. The accommodations were amazing. Very clean, and very nicely decorated. The owners are extremely nice people, and made our stay very comfortable. Location, location, location!!! This property sits on one of the nicest beaches on the North Shore of Oahu. I have been to Hawaii more times then I can count, and this is by far the nicest area in all of Oahu. I'm plannig to come back again this year for my birthday. If you plan on taking your dream vacation to Hawaii you have come to the right place. It's like a little slice of Heaven :)

  My family of four stayed at this rental for 4 nights in August. It was nice, clean, and comfortably furnished, and we immediately felt at home. My 8-year old son quickly called dibs on the loft and enjoyed settling down at night in his own special niche. My 4-year old daughter camped out on the futon, which worked great for the nightly bathroom visits; my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. So, the layout of the rental worked out perfectly for us - it's nice and open, yet at night, it provided everyone in the family with just enough privacy. The owners live right next door, but even with the curtains and windows open, privacy was never an issue - perhaps because the rental unit is located on the second floor, which provided a sense of separation. Rocky Point is a very quick and easy stroll from the rental, and it's a great place to do some amazing Hawaiian star-gazing at night or for meditative morning walks/jogs. Its convenient location allowed for an easy drive to other beaches, Foodland, and Haleiwa. We enjoyed the Shark's Cove Grill - the food tasted so delicious after a day at the beach, and the sunsets while dining there were an added bonus. The Kame Highway is nearby, so with the open windows, you do get some traffic noise. But I believe you get that in any of the rentals that are close to the shore, and it really wasn't an issue because the noise subsided by 10pm. Both Chris and Lynsey are prompt in responding and are available if you have questions or concerns. And they have a couple of great boys, with whom my son got a chance to hang out. Mahalo, Chris and Lynsey, for allowing us to stay in your lovely rental home. We highly recommend the rental to anyone looking for an alternative to staying at a resort. We would stay there again, in a heartbeat!

  I stayed at this rental in June with my boyfriend for a weekend get away. It was very clean, spacious, comfy and private. The beach was only about a 45 second walk away and was beautiful. The only problem was a weekend was not long enough! The owners live next door and reccomended a great place for dinner (lei lei's) and awesome beaches for snorkeling. Thank you Chris and Lynsey for everything!! ..
