Elegant new-construction home provides Auburn fans with comfortable game-weekend lodging to enjoy family, friends and Auburn Football.
This beautiful, 2250 sq ft two-story home was built in the picturesque Camden Ridge neighborhood in 2009. Camden Ridge is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that has been recently developed on N. Donahue Drive, only three miles from Jordan Hare Stadium. Located on a small cul-de-sac, the home has ample parking in front and a relaxing view into the woods from the large back deck. The home is conveniently located to the Auburn University Campus, Downtown Auburn and Toomer's Corner, as well as numerous grocery stores and excellent restaurants.
The spacious main floor is comprised of the master bedroom and adjoining master bathroom, kitchen and adjacent breakfast area, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and spacious 500 sq ft back deck. The private master suite features a king bed, dresser and desk in the bedroom, and a shower, tub and double sink in the bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast area, which seats up to eight, is adjacent to the kitchen and leads out to the deck, providing a wonderful place to gather throughout the day. The kitchen and breakfast area open to the elegant and comfortable living room with vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, plush seating and an entertainment center with a 44' television. Just off the living room is the discreet but conveniently located half bathroom. The formal dining room, furnished with antiques that have been in the family for generations, sits behind the Living Room. Among the most enjoyable features of the home is the large back deck with built-in seating, a wrought iron table and chairs, and large gas grill. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the crisp weather and bright colors of the Auburn Fall, or the budding blooms of spring.
Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the home's second floor. All of the bright, welcoming bedrooms are carpeted, equipped with comfortable bedding, and have available closet and drawer space. The first bedroom has a single bed and desk, the second has a queen bed and dresser, and the third bedroom is quite large and features a double bed and a cozy seating area. These bedrooms are conveniently served by a full bathroom with a large shower/tub combination.
The home is available for both Friday and Saturday nights (2 night rental only). All towels and sheets are provided and will be set out for you. There is a 6 adult maximum, and up to 2 small children are welcome, (there is room for a pack-n-play in each bedroom) though the home is not child-proofed. Special arrangements for a party of up to 7 or 8 can be made; please email us with questions. Pets are not allowed. Maximum of 4 cars as a courtesy to our neighbors. Check-in is on Friday at 3:00PM and Check-out is on Sunday at Noon.

About the owner: We are a large family with a multi-generational Auburn legacy. We met and fell in love here, then moved overseas for a little over a decade, but a few years ago, decided to move back and make Auburn our permanent home again. We love this little city and all the precious memories we have made here!
Why the Owner Chose Auburn:
We bought this property because of it's convenient location to downtown Auburn, and Jordan Hare Stadium - only 3 miles away. The floor plan is spacious, inviting and is especially conducive to our family gathering together and enjoying each other, either in the family room, which is open to the kitchen, or out on the spacious back deck overlooking the woods.
