  We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation! The booking transaction was easy, communication was outstanding, and the condo exceeded our expectations. The condo was absolutely STUNNING, the pictures only give you a glimpse of what to expect. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the cleanliness of the unit was OUTSTANDING. The unit is stylishly decorated, and lacks for nothing. The pool and beach were beautiful and inviting. We appreciate Fran opening up their condo for us to enjoy and look forward to returning.

  We have stayed at many Phoenix condos over the years, and this one was by far the best! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, great location and great amenities! We really enjoyed our week long vacation and will definitely use this condo again!! Thanks Fran for everything!

  The condo was very beautiful! Fran was a dream to work with! We have stayed at MANY Phoenix condos and this was by far the best!

  I would like to thank Fran for all she did for us. Her condo was as pictured in the photos except for the kitchen which has been remodeled. I think we were the first to stay and the kitchen looks awesome with the new cabinets, countertops, and the backsplash. The tile over the sink was so pretty.While we are speaking of the kitchen let me let you know that Fran has thought of every kitchen item that you could need. She has a crockpot, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and all kinds of pots and pans, as well as several different size skillets. Pretty much like your own kitchen utensils at home. It was a nice size living room area with dining table. There was a washer and dryer in the hall closet which is always nice to have so that you could do laundry if needed. It was nice having the bedrooms split with each having its own bathroom. The balcony with the view of the Gulf was so nice. It was nice to sit out on the balcony and just listen to the waves coming ashore. Once again I would like to thank Fran for all she did as the owner. She went above and beyond making you feel at home. If we come back next year for softball or any other time I will be sure to rent from her.

  This condo was wonderful It was clean - and just as pictured in the photos. The view across the entire balcony from inside was fabulous. The beds were super comfy and the owner has thought of every type of kitchen tool and appliance that you might need. The location is perfect for looking both ways up and down the beach. The owner is so easy to talk to and she goes out of her way to be sure you feel at-home in her home. We will stay here again - if possible.

  This is a great unit! The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the furnishing were new. It is close to the elevator, but not so close that you will hear people coming & going. The view from the 15th floor is fantastic and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. The owner is very easy to work with and quick to get back with answers to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

  The condo was excellent as was the weather. We go annually in the fall. Best equipped kitchen we have had. All aspects of the condo were great. Hope to stay again.

  My husband and I have always gone to Florida to be on the beach. I had a friend suggest that we try the Gulf Shores area. I started looking on VRBO and we decided on Orange Beach. We loved it! The condo was super clean, well supplied and up to date! The complex was clean and the staff was very polite. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you are looking for a place to relax and feel like home, then you have found the right place! Fran kept in contact with me and made us feel very welcome! We will be back!

  We had a great time on our weekend trip and this condo was just perfect for our family. Our original rental was canceled due to issues from Hurricane Isaac, and the Morgans were great to work with on a last-minute booking. The condo has great views from the 15th floor, and plenty of room for everyone. It has flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room, nice decor, spacious balcony, and convenient washer & dryer in the hallway. We loved the indoor & outdoor pools, as well as the "mushroom" kiddie pool for the little ones. There is also a nice gazebo by the pools for some shade, which we really enjoyed. The beaches in front were well-kept and clean, even right after the storms. Plenty of parking spaces were available and the elevators were never busy. The condo is one of the closest to the elevator, which was very convenient as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and nice people to work with. We felt right at home and plan to return!

  We really enjoyed our week long stay. I have never book through vrbo.com before, but it was easy and the owner was very helpful. The condo was well maintained, all appliances work. The pictures that was show on the website was exactly how the condo look. Plenty of parking and across the street from Live Bait. I would gladly recommend this condo to all my family and friends, because it was spacious and very comfortable, the beach was alot closer to the condo building, very easy access to beachchairs and water. Large outdoor pool area and sitting area was well maintained. The view was great. The master bedroom opened on to the balcony.

Cancellation policy:

Rental Agreement Unit #1509 Phoenix V Check in: after 4:00 pm. Check out: before 10:00 am. No more than six (6) occupants allowed, and are limited to those persons listed. Students or young singles must be 25 or older, unless accompanied by parents the entire stay. House parties are not allowed. No smoking, no pets, no fireworks on property. No excessive noise. Grilling is not allowed on the balcony. Failure to follow these policies will result in eviction, without refund. A $300 security deposit is due at booking. This becomes a damage deposit and will be refunded within 14 days after check out if no damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, or if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. One half of the total rent is due 30 days before arrival. The balance of the rent is due 15 days before arrival. Reservation will be canceled and payments will not be refunded if we do not receive one half payment at least 30 days before arrival date and full payment at least 15 days before arrival date. Payments may be placed on a credit card or echeck through our VRBO website (427398) or you may mail a check. Refunds will be made only in the event of mandatory evacuation. Parking passes (limit of 2) must be purchased for $12 + tax when you check in. Basic linens and towels are furnished, as well as startup supplies, but not replenished. All Phoenix V amenities are available to you as a renter. However, the owners of this unit and the Phoenix V Homeowners Association assume no liability for accidents or injuries. Checkout procedures: Take all trash to the trash chute. Clean kitchen; load and start dishwasher. Set thermostat to 75 in summer and 65 in winter. Leave dirty towels in bathrooms. Housekeeping will strip and remake beds. Any damage noted upon arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours. Also, you must follow the checkout procedures when leaving. Otherwise, any damage or excess cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. Once signed rental agreement is accepted, directions will be given for paying the deposit.
