Can't say enough good things about the condo. Everything was there that you would need. Would stay there again. Owner was great to work with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had agreat time @ the property. It was clean and has a new feel to it, there was plenty of room and a great pool area (which we used every day). The unit is within easy alking distance to very nice resterants and food stores. Down town old Scottsdale was only 15-20 minutes away. Fountian Hills is only 10-15 minutes away. There is always lots to do, hiking is litterally in your back yard, and a coyotes game 30 mins. We liked the phoenix area so much we bought property ouselves. Thanks Terry & Joan.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We are a couple from Canada who fell in love with the area and all that is has to offer. We are not yet ready to retire and so are looking to let others enjoy the place in the meantime.
Why the Owner Chose Talavera:
We bought this property because it was newer and in a great location. We love to hike and cycle and it is close to many trails.
