My family arrived late on Tues night, 3a EST and with 2600 miles under our belts. When we arrived at the condo, we were exhausted. Once we entered this lovely home, it was like a breath of fresh air that rejuvenated us. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home to stay in. With the many different sitting areas and places to just "chill out" it was a fabulous find. This home was equipped with all the amenities of home such as a gas grill, and washer and dryer (laundry detergent included) We also got to use the pool, hot tub, and fire pit to celebrate with friends and family. The neighbors were very friendly too and willing to assist us in any way. Not only was the condo accommodating, our host was gracious by leaving welcome gifts of coffee, wine, and chocolate. What a pleasant surprise!!! If I return to Arizona in the future, I certainly hope that this home is available to us again!!! Thank you from the bottom of our Massachusetts hearts. The owners were so accomidating to our group of two families with small children. They addressed all my concerns before I even booked the property, so I was very comfortable with the property before I even booked. Although the pool area was shared with the other homes in the small complex, we had it to ourselves every time we used it. The pool was un-heated and freezing in March, but the hot tub was toasty and so we still enjoyed both. The home was beautiful and very clean. Had everything we needed to enjoy a movie night in, or a visit on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially enjoyed the use of the BBQ. It was a very central location to the activities we wanted to do in Phoenix and Mesa and had lots of nearby shopping and food. We were even pleasantly surprised Saturday morning to have a farmers market right across the street with tons of fresh and organic foods. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Phoenix.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this home for 10 days with 3 couples: my elderly parents, my sister and her husband and my husband and me. We were visiting friends and family, many of whom lived nearby so the location was fabulous for us. Being near the airport and highways was a plus. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it could accommodate all of us easily and allowed my parents to be on the ground floor. (The third bedroom has bunk beds and may be more suitable for kids but my husband and I were comfortable.) The kitchen was very convenient to use and the grill and patio were great. The owners were helpful in letting us add extra days as needed. The home is near good restaurants and has plenty of places for easy walking. We were delighted to go to a wonderful farmers’ market across the street on Saturday mornings. We highly recommend this lovely home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We (two couples) stayed in this townhome for a week in February. We found it very spacious with all the amenities needed (including an outdoor bbq for our own personal use). It's in a central and safe location in Phoenix, about 20 minutes drive from the hockey arena, and 5 minute drive from hiking trails/park just west. The owner, Lee, was very helpful and always responded immediately to any emails. We all hope to be back soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved our location and our accommodations were fine. The landlord was responsive to several small problems, and we would definitely stay there again. We hosted a Super Bowl party for 15 people and there was plenty of room for all.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We needed a temp home at short notice due to our home flooding, we were able to get into this home the same day and didn't want to leave at the end of our months stay, great location in Central Phoenix amidts the tree lined Central Ave and Historic Mansions, loved the community feel of the running path right outside the entrance.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Needed a place for two weeks while recovering from surgery at a local Hospital, the townhome is excellently appointed and very very comfortable, the location to everything, airport and freeways is awesome, love this place and would recommend it to anyone....whatever the reason for your trip to Phoenix.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this place for 6 weeks while visiting from Canada, the home has everything and is decorated and furnished beautifully truly a 5 star home, there was amazing hiking, tennis and bike riding right on the doorstep and great restaurants within walking distance, the owners have thought of everything in this place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
