Big Island of Hawaii custom vacation house. Both master bedrooms are huge, have queen size beds, and have their own bathrooms. The living room has a futon sleeper/couch. Inside the house is beautiful, and outside the ocean view is even better. Large enclosed courtyard. Two car attached garage with auto garage door opener and remote.

The large lot has macadamia, tangerine, plumeria, north fork pine, and king pine trees. Green Sands and Black Sands Beaches are nearby. If you are going to explore most of the island, for example, Kona, Hilo, and the volcanoes, this quiet area is perfectly located for you!

plus 11.25% tax and a cleaning fee of $50. Price is for 4 persons. Additional
adults $10, minors $5 per night. Deposit: 50% of total upon reservation,

  • This vacation rental is really great. The views are sensational and the location is right up the road from South Point. If you are interested in renting a place with full bath and refrigerator and freezer for some ulua fishing this is the place for you. The caretaker Scott is very accomodating, if you need anything just ask him and he will do his best to get it for you. It's like having a personal concierge desk. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away from it all. The drive out there from Hilo is spectaular also passing through the volcano and desert. The lot with the fruit trees and many shrubs and the house itself is very nice also with the private enclosed lanai. I really want to rent it again someday.

  • Dear Bob, We really enjoyed your vacation rental. It was like our home for a month. We really enjoyed the courtyard, it was so relaxing and we ate almost every meal outside on the table. We enjoyed the fruit trees in the yard as they became ripe. The tangerines were awesome. Having the Farmers Market right in Naalehu was wonderful and very nice people. We met a lot of people in Ocean View and down at South Point. Whittington Park in Naalehu was a fun place to rest and explore. We could go on and on about places close to the house that are a must see and do. The house was spacious and seeing the sunrise and ocean in the morning was totally awesome.   • This was everything that was advertised. The views of the ocean are nice and the setting is very quiet and peaceful. The grocery store in town was reasonable and the people were awesome. Big shout out to Scott the caretaker. He had some great tips and was very friendly. Lots of Aloha Dave

  • Dear Bob, just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your vacation rental. Even though I am from Maui where it is fairly quiet, it wa such a breath of fresh air (literally) to be out in an open space with little but the wind and bird songs for a soundtrack.
