As of April 1, 2012 there is now a new 6 seat golf cart available for use while renting for an additional fee !!! Instead of renting by the hour or by the day you can have unlimited use of a premium golf cart for your stay. The additional fee is $ 100 per day or $ 500 per week - which is 1/2 of the going rate for 24 hour rentals.
It is just a short walk to the beach or the neighborhood pool when you rent this new (completed in January 2009), gorgeous, fully furnished, 2 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bath house with ocean & lagoon views and two master suites.
From September 15 to May 15 the upstairs of this home can be rented on weekdays as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit instead of a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home. The 3 bedroom upstairs unit sleeps 6 in beds with 2 queens and 2 twins.
This fantastic 2 story house has it all with stainless appliances, 6 top table, bar top, wireless hi-speed internet, and flat screen televisions in every room! Perfect for two families or a party of 10-12, it has 2 master suites in the rear of the home which share a covered balcony with lagoon and ocean views, another bedroom on the second floor with it's own full bath, and 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a full bath. There is also a queen sized murphy bed in the downstairs living area along with a dining table and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and under the counter fridge.
There is an open large living area on the second floor with a full kitchen, dining area, and living area. The front covered deck also features ocean views.
The home is located just a few steps from the Beach Lodge, the only breakfast and hamburger joint on the beach in Port A. The 1 car garage is also available for guest that are renting the golf cart to use so there is plenty of room for parking. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a picnic table, and a charcoal BBQ grill.
The popular Sandpoint subdivision is in town and close enough to bike to town for shopping, restaurants, and other amenities.
The home features gulf views from the front and rear second level decks and a view of a lagoon from the rear covered deck.
The bed configuration is: each master suite has a queen size bed, the third bedroom on the second level has two twin beds, one downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the other downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a very comfortable queen sized murphy bed in the downstairs living area.
The two downstairs bedrooms and bath are accessed via a separate entrance from the outside of the home.
All the mattresses are high end pillow tops and are very comfortable.
This is a pet friendly property with a daily fee per pet. There is no smoking allowed in the house.

We took all of our kids and grandkids to the beach this past weekend and stayed in this house. decorated so nicely and the wood floors are beautiful (kitchen is big too). I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation spot. It will be our go to place from now on.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is a beautiful home. The house was clean and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. I would definately return with friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
