These apartments are just what you need for a great time in NYC! These apartments have been completely good renovated with new everything. Each apartment looks exactly the same. Each has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Priced just right, you can accommodate a group of 4 to a group of 8 no problem. The 2nd bathroom really comes in handy with larger groups.
Great location!: Located in the Gramercy Park region of Midtown Manhattan, this location offers all the convenience, while being surprisingly quiet (as quiet as you can expect from midtown Manhattan, I suppose). The subways are about 2-3 blocks away, and the immediate neighborhood offers tons and tons of restaurants, and services such as nails salons, dry cleaners and laundries, bars, coffee shops, and even a supermarket in a 5 block radius. The train station is the 23rd Street and Park Avenue subway station what will connect to the 6 train, or for a 5 minute walk to 17th Street, you can catch the 4,5,6,N,Q,R,W,L in the Union Square Station, which can take you to times square, grand central, Wall Street, or Soho in about 5 minutes.
Have the best of both worlds!: Don't stay in Times Square with all of the tourist traps! Stay in a true New York apartment, live like a New Yorker, yet have Times Square and all of the other major tourist attractions be a subway stop away.

This apartment has been completely gut renovated. It features 3 Bedroom with 2 bathroom with high-speed wifi internet. It is approximately 900 square feet with fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 double beds and 1 sofa bed. Everything in the apartment is brand new, including new furniture, new walls, new kitchens, baths, etc. It is located on 3rd Avenue and 21st (only 1/2 a block away from Gramercy Park). Gramercy Park is one of the most sought after places amongst real New Yorkers. Stay away from the tourist traps and stay where real New Yorkers stay (or rather, want to stay).

Accomodation is one of the important elements for a great holiday. We were searching for a budget solution, in a safe area, in the centre of Manhattan. We found this amazing apartment, 1 mile far from the Empire State Building and and 0,5 mile far from the Subway station. The apartment was as description, clean, the beds were comfortable and we found all we needed. Only the bedroom that raised on the street was less quiet during the night. The guys At City Lights Real Estate helped us a lot before our stay and also during. The night before our check-in, we weren't able to get into the apartment because the code didn't work. I immediately called them at the emergency number and they solved the problem in 1 minute. I really want to thank them!!!!! We are really satisfied and suggest this apartment!!! Il luogo dove soggiornare è un elemento fondamentale per la buona riuscita delle vacanze. Cercavamo una soluzione mediamente economica, in centro città e in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato questo appartamento a circa 1,5 km dall'empire state building e ad 800 metri dalla fermata della metro. L'appartamento è come nella descrizione, pulito, completo di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e i letti erano comodi. Solo la stanza che affacciava sulla 3rd Avenue era un po' rumoroso durante la notte. Lo staff di City Lights Real Estate ci ha aiutato molto sia prima del viaggio che durante. Una sera non siamo riusciti ad entrare in casa perchè il codice per aprire l'appartamento non funzionava. Così abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza e ci hanno aiutato in meno di un minuto. Grazie veramente!!!!! Siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo quest'appartamento con molto piacere!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
