  My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, and were very please with the owners prompt replies and caring attitude. We have always loved Sun Valley and enjoyed our relaxing vacation! The condo was very clean and comfortable.

  I loved this little 1 bedroom! Everything there was great! This is the second year in a row I've stayed at one of these places as last year I stayed in a larger home rented by the same person. Everything I needed was there. Thank you so much to the owner!

  We recently stayed in this Elkhorn condo on a snowshoeing trip to Idaho. The apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived. The bedroom is comfortable and has lots of storage space, and the living room is well fitted for an evening sprawl. The kitchen has a very good range of pots and cooking tools, and so we were able to use it to prepare breakfast and a few dinners during the course of our stay. The wireless internet has quite good speed, and the apartment has a small desk/working area that we found useful. The washer/drier combination was likewise a big help during our stay. The town of Ketchum is a short drive away, not walkable but quite close.

  the accommodations were good the amenities also were good but we won't return for 2 reasons, snow conditions & customer service. the mountain itself was impressive, runs were long and steep, lifts and chalet very nice but looking at the history of the ski hill it appears snow is consistently lacking. Further evidence stated that someone tried to build a resort a little north maybe a little higher up and sun valley lawyers blocked it. the second reason which we couldn't understand at all was the lack of customer service. lift operators, guest services at sun valley, restaurants and bars in town, and the sun valley lodge specifically the duchin lounge all terrible customer service. workers are unfriendly to the point they are rude. lacking snow should be a reason to concentrate on customer service. as a lift operator and guest services at the base making small talk with guest is only in your best interest to make the day go by quicker. we have skied all over the rocky mountains and we have never experienced anything like it. almost everywhere we went in idaho people were unfriendly to the point of being rude. the duchin lounge at sun valley village may have taken the cake. the server at the apres ski party was completely incompetent along with the bartender where after waiting 20 minutes for service I went to the bar to order drinks and the bartender told me to sit down the server will be with you. at the base of the ski was another example the guest services there to help you load and unload just stood there would not talk to you and of the 5 days we skied there actually helped were helped only twice, that's 5 days 2 times at day so 10 opportunities to help. one day at the end of the day there were 5 guest services people standing there talking to each not helping one guest - try to make eye contact with them and they would look away. There were people there all the time but all they did was stand and look off in the distance. we get back to our lodge and I call customer service to complain and of course it goes to voice male. We got the impression that they don't care. We have never been to sun valley before and won't be returning but I don't see how anyone can run a business like that. I get the impression that because of the conditions and consistent snow issues that they are suffering and it shows. the only other reason could be laziness workers & management not doing their jobs.

  We enjoyed staying in this lovely condo. It has the fine quality craftsmanship and spaciousness you expect in Sun Valley. The kitchen was one of the best we've rented. The bed was comfy too. All around a great place to stay.

  Beautifully decorated condo, like new, with all of the comforts of home. The condo is in a great location with lovely grounds and conveniently located to all of the activities and atttractions in the area. The owner was very easy to deal with and prompt in having everything ready for me and my visit. I will definitely keep him and his properties in mind for the future.

  We stayed in this unit two nights while attending a family function in the area (so weren't in the unit much). But it was very nice, newly remodeled and clean and comfortable. The pictures represent it well. The owner was excellent to work with. We will definitely stay there again.

  We loved staying in the Elkhorn Condo in Sun Valley. The condo was recently beautifully rennovated, clean and in a great location. The Condo was very clean and well organized. The bed was super comfortable too! The location is great, you can easily walk to the Sun Valley Resort, Ketchum or any of the many trails that run in the area. I would highly recommend booking this Elkhorn Condo in Sun Valley!! You wont regret it!

Cancellation policy:

It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows: • Lessee agrees that there will be no more than 6 occupants in the premises during the rental period. • Lessee shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in or about the premises. • Lessee shall not sub-let the demised premises, or any part thereof, or assign this agreement without the written consent of the Lessor. • Lessee shall be financially responsible for any damage that is caused by them or their guests to the premises or its contents. • Lessee, in case of fire or theft, shall give immediate notice thereof to the Lessor. • Lessee must not make any alterations or improvements to said premises. • Lessee agrees that there are no pets permitted on the premises during the rental period. • Lessee agrees that this condo is a non-smoking condo, and agrees not to smoke anywhere inside the premises. • Lessee agrees to return the key to the condo within 7 days of departure to the lessor by mail. If key is lost and not returned, it will result in a $75 charge to have the locks re-keyed. If guest is locked out of condo and someone must be called to open the door, a $25 fee will be incurred. • If legal action takes place or must be instituted by Lessor, the losing party agrees to pay all costs, expenses and to pay all attorneys’ fees, as the court may affix to the prevailing party. Once the lessor receives the final rental check, the rental is confirmed and considered non-refundable. If an emergency comes up, and the lessee is not able to use the condo during these dates, the rental fee can be applied to a rental within 12 months, based on availability. The lessor agrees to provide utilities to the premises and maintain insurance on the contents at his sole expense. A cleaning/damage deposit is required when reservation agreement is signed and returned to lessor. This deposit will be refunded if premises are left in clean condition with no damage to the condo. If cleaning expenses or repair expense must be incurred by Lessor to restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of Lessee's occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the cleaning/damage deposit and the balance, if any, will be refunded to Lessee.
