The Signature at Mgm- 2 Side by Side Luxury Penthouse Suites

  We booked the 2 side-by-side suites in Tower 3 direct with Laura by email and a couple of calls from the UK. My wife (Julie) and I had one suite and my daughter (Shelley) the other. We had stayed at the Signature about 5 years ago with a different rental and knew what they had to offer. We are delighted to say that these suites were as described and the facilities are fantastic. Both suites were as clean and tidy as could be expected and although we had taken various supplies, the suites were stocked with various essentials, bathroom items (shampoo, toilet paper, tissues etc.) and also kitchen items such as washing-up liquid, kitchen paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee, tea bags etc. We had negotiated less cleaning visits through our 12 night stay and the cleaning girls (3 of) were excellent, providing a quick service with clean towels, bedding and new coffee, tea etc. The suites are on the 34th floor of Tower 3, providing excellent views over Vegas, and are also very quiet - apart from the odd door banging nearby. The beds are probably the most comfortable we have slept in throughout our numerous holidays. The kitchenette facilities allow you to have breakfast, lunch or dinner as you wish and the fridge obviously allows you to store groceries etc bought from local Walgreens. By renting direct from the owners (via Laura at the management company) we did not have to pay the extra daily charge of c $28 - which is a great saving. We hired a car and there is the free parking (small tip to the Valet of course). There is a pool at each of the towers - the smaller one at Tower 1 provides sun from early morning and throughout the day - in Tower 2 and 3 pools the sun only gets round at about mid-day. Plenty of free beds and towels available - some with shades - and other beds or Cabanas for hire. We bought cans of drink and food and took it with us as a soft drink is about $5, beer about $7 and cocktails about $12 around the pool. OK for a day or two but we saved a lot on our 12 day stay. Some people think that it is a long way from the strip - but a gentle 10 minute under-cover walk gets you to the MGM - there are moving travelators to use also. We thoroughly recommend the side-by-side suites and the service offered by Laura. You will not be disappointed if you rent these suites. Many thanks Laura. Regards. • Great Place To Stay and Helpful Owner

  I was in a rush to find a decent place that wasn't a chain hotel with a few more amenities than the Candlewood Suites I was planning to stay at. I found this particular unit on the site and emailed the company who manages it. They were extremely helpful and responsive. Better yet, they were reasonable with their prices and accommodating my last minute request. The MGM Signature was about a 5 minute cab ride from the Bellagio which for the most part was $6 per ride each way not including tip. The reasonable rate more than made up for any inconvenience by not staying directly on the strip plus it just seemed quieter and cleaner than staying on the strip. I will use this same management company again when I travel because I feel like they are fair and they take good care of their properties.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
