What a great townhouse!! My family took a trip to Disney World and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Myself, my husband, our three children, and my parents and aunt all fit comfortably and had enough room in the spacious 2-level unit. The kids loved the private pool and the resort pool with a slide. They also played on the nearby playground, too. So much to do at Paradise Palms, and this townhouse is very well-cared for. The owners are wonderful to work with. Thank you for sharing your townhouse with us and making our vacation even more "magical"!! :) Just wish we could have stayed a bit longer!!

We are from Brazil and we stayed here Dec 02, 2012 - Feb 21, 2013 (when I was studying English). The group was my mother, my wife and I, and our 2 kids. This house is a excelent choice if you want to stay with all your family. The rooms are huge and have full kitchens (was exactly as it was described on the website). We were extremely pleased with the friendly owner (Jane) who made sure all our questions were answered quickly. This house was well maintained. Great location... It was very easy to get to Disney (about a 10 minute drive). We loved staying here. Me and my family had a great time and we would definitely go back!!!Sergio Valente and family.

Jane will provide you with any information you need, and this is a no worry no hassle rental for sure! Highly recommended! We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely house, and did not want to go home to Norway after our stay. Kids begged us to stay longer. We were 2 families - 4 adults and 5 kids, and this house was perfect in size for us! The splash pool is just great for a quick evening dip, and the lovely Club House pool for a few hours of luxury! We want to come back for sure!! :)

Having been to Orlando a few times over the past years with family and friends, we have always tried to find a place that hit all of the requirements. I think we may have done that, in fact we have just booked again for 2013 for 19 nights. Having looked long and hard for the ideal location and a house big enough for 4 adults and 4 children that gave us a huge swimming pool, kids pool, hot tubs, Tiki Bar, TV to watch the football and have a beer and a cinema for the kids to watch any films they want to when its too hot and a fantastic home then Paradise Palms is the place. The owners have really made sure this feels like a home away from home as there is nothing that has been missed from the house. The accommodation is fitted out to a high standard making staying in for the evening a great option. With 8 people staying in the house there is plenty of rooms for everyone to do their own thing either inside or outside. Paradise palms is really easy to find with great access to the I4, 192 and the 27 road network making the trips to the parks, shopping outlets and either coastline so easy. Even down to the call from Jane asking sure we have arrived safely was a lovely touch. Thanks for letting us use your house and really looking forward to staying again next year.

An Awesome Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms. The pictures on the website do not even compair to the beauty of the villa. With four bedrooms it made the perfect stay for our two families and the pool was a great addition especially after returning from a long, hot day at the Disney Parks. The club house, community pool and movie theatre were also loved by all! Our children loved spending time at the pool as much as they did at the parks. We had a wonderful stay and made many great memories. The owners are also great to work with. Any question I sent were quickly answered. I would highly recommend Paradise Palms and look forward to returning in the future!!

Had a Perfect Vacation

We stayed at David and Jane's home for 8 nights at the end of Februrary. We've been to Florida the past 3 winters and would definetely return to this home. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had an extra bedroom open because the boys wanted to sleep in the same room, so it was the perfect amount of room for us. The description of the home was very accurate and very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a big turkey dinner one night and the kitchen had all the utensils that were needed. My husband and I went on a cruise during the middle of our stay for 3 nights and we felt very comfortable leaving our boys with our parents because of the security of the resort and home. Last year when we stayed at a home with a pool, the gate to the pool was very easy to open and didn't have a lock, so we were concerned about our young boys getting into the pool and this home had a locked gate that even I needed help to open and close, so that put me at ease. Jane was very accomodating and responded very quickley to any questions we had. We would love to return to this home for another vacation, as it was close to all restaurants, stores and Disney!

What a lovely comfortable home to vacation at. The accommodations were great! The pictures listed on the website are true to your visit. We had 9 people and had plenty of room. The pool is the back was great we heated it during our January stay and my grandchildren loved it. Grocery store 192 East - Walmart 192 West to 27 turn right go about a mile. Target is across from Publix grocery on 192 East. very close by to pick up necessities. A fifteen to twenty minute ride. We stayed because our youngest daughter ran the Disney Marathon. Jane and David's home was such a great location for us to see the race-visit Disney and Epcot and Sea World. The parks are twenty minutes in light traffic which surprisingly wasn't bad considering there were over 45,000 people that ran two marathon so it was nice. There is a wonderful clubhouse that has a heated large pool a very nice bar and grille outside. Tennis courts with rackets free to use. A theater to watch movies and a arcade game room loaded with lots of fun things for the kids and there is no charge for the use of any of these things. A playground on site and is walkable from any villa you stay at. The house is furnished plush and comfortable, linens are wonderful plenty of pillows and blankets! Laundry available in the unit just have to purchase soap and such. Kitchen fully equipped. The communication with Jane was wonderful she is so helpful and on top of everything and payment was so easy and convenient thru paypal. I would definitely recommend renting this villa. Oh and I forgot the most important VERY reasonable rates to stay in such a large furnished villa! Thank you Jane and David it was great.

The minute we saw the villa we new that it was perfect for us. It is spacious and catered for all our needs. Having travelled from the UK it was nice to walk into a house that instantly felt like home. Having 2 children under the age of 4 it was a relief that we had (a) a heated swimming pool and (b) very good laundry facilities. The kitchen had more than adequate facilites and the whole accommodation had obviously been very well maintained. After a long day at Disney it was great to come back to a comfortable house. With the children in mind, another good feature was having a number of good family restaurants only a few minutes away. Jane Keeling was very helpful and answered our e-mails very promptly. The whole area felt very safe and the staff on site were helpful and polite. We would not hesitate in recommending this propertly to anyone wising to holiday in the Kissimmee area - we will be going back!

FANTASTIC TIME!

We had a wonderful time staying here. There were nine of us - 5 adult and 4 kids - and plenty of space for everybody. The house is spacious and clean with a really nice layout. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs. The pool in the backyard was perfect for cooling off after a long, hot day in the parks. And the kids loved the clubhouse with its gameroom and pool area complete with waterslide and toddler pool. Getting around was very easy. Restaraunts, gas stations and stores are within a five minute drive and the Disney parks are within 15 - 20 mins away. We had our own cars with us, but the clubhouse even offers bus service to and from the parks (for a fee) for those who don't have access to a car. I'll admit I was a little nervous about renting a house; we have always just stayed in hotels before, but Jane made the process very easy and I'm so very glad we decided to stay here. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling with a group or with small children.

Just back from a brilliant holiday in Orlando. The property was spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Jane was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All emails were answered immediately. The clubhouse and pool area were lovely and there is a fitness centre and games room for the kids. The staff there are lovely and very helpful. You would need to rent a car to access the parks, shops and restaurants but there are a lot of restaurants nearby that would only cost 12 dollars in a taxi. I would have no problem recommending Jane's property and will certainly stay again if i return to orlando.

Just back from a holiday of a lifetime. The property lived up to all our expectations. It was spacious, well furnished, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and easy access to all the parks. The clubhouse and pool area were lovely. Jane was very helpful from the first point of contact, answering any questions that we had and provided us with very helpful directions. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and will definetly stay there again if we return to Florida.

This is a lovely home located in the Paradise Palms resort. It was perfect for my small group. The home is huge and super clean with all the amenities. The resort is close to Disney, just a short drive and for the price there is no way I would spend all the extra cash to stay at a Disney resort. The home is exactly as pictured. The kids loved both pools and the fact that we didn't have to sit in traffic on the way to Disney. I can't say enough about this property,,other than stay here if you plan to visit Disney, you won't be disappointed!

the house was incredible..pictures did not do it justice..and the pictures are amazing..we loved the house..and the little pool in the backyard...the community pool was gorgeous.the staff was incredibly friendly..very close to all the amenities..and the parks..my daughter turned 8 while we were there and she says it is the "best birtthday ever!!" Jane was very helpful..the house was immaculate..I recommended the house before we even got there..I will have a difficult time staying in a hotel room again..definately plan on going back..

My buddies and I stayed here for a long weekend golf trip. The townhouse is conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. We've stayed at many other places in the area and this place is the best. The main difference is the mattresses are very comfortable. Most of the other places have mattresses that are rock hard. I will gladly use this place when we come back to Orlando.

We had a great experience in this newer, well furnished and well maintained condo. The oweners are very responsive and helpful. We made it to the Disney parks within 10-15 minutes. The Clubhouse and pool are very nice, with a game room, fitness center and large pool. Even during Spring Break, the pool had just a few quest. A very quiet location and perfect for a family. I strongly recommend this condo.

Our stay at this home in Feb 2011 met all of our expectations and the house is accurately reflected in the photographs on this web site. Jane Keeling was very responsive to any questions we had prior to the trip and always replied to our email within a few hours. The staff at the clubhouse in the gated community were very friendly and helpful. Renting this 4-bedroom house is a great value when compared to hotel rooms. We had two teenage kids with us, so it was wonderful for everyone to have their own space to sleep at the end of a long day at the parks or shopping. You must have rent a car in order to get around from this location. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby on the US192, however, this highway can get busy any time of the day so you have to leave yourself a few extra minutes to get places. There were a few minor things missing from the kitchen which I mentioned to Jane following our trip, but otherwise the house was well-stocked with dishes, towels, linens, etc. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommends Jane's home to my family or friends.

My children had stayed at this home with friends months before so I had seen pictures and heard how nice it was. But, it clearly exceeded my expectations. The home was so clean, very spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The pool in the back was perfect and used every night after the long days at the parks. The owner, Jane, was a pleasure to work with. We will definately stay here again. My son took advantage of the fitness room and the little shop was perfect for things we forgot (although it is a bit pricey). I think it is the best choice when traveling with a big family.

Our wonderful stay in Orlando

We had a three week holiday at David and Janes house in Kissimmee. The standard of the property was top notch, and seeing as we were two families of four with children, the house did not seem crowded at all. The pictures on the internet do not justify the very high standard we encountered. We felt very important in our own gated resort. The staff in the reception area were very friendly and helped us with various enquiries on several occasions. The pool at the house was excellent and always kept clean, the kids were right in the pool after breakfast every morning.The communal pool was great with two hot tubs, the games room was overhauled during our stay with new video games, an air hockey board and a pinball machine. We visited Universal, Disney, seaworld and various waterparks during our stay, none of which were more than 20 mins. drive away. The local shops Super Target, Wallmart and Publix more than satisfied our needs with regards to groceries, sun creams and other sundries. The restaurants are also in the vaccinity of the supermarkets. We ate at Longhorn steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Hooters, T.G.I. Fridays and Red Lobster, out of these the Red Lobster excelled along with the ACE chinese buffet. With regards to clothes shopping we found that Marshalls sell designer clothes much cheaper than the outlets, and the Nike Clearance Store on 192 was also one of our favorites, providing cut price clothing (half price of outlet or Nike Factory Store). All in all we would not hestitate coming back again if the travelling time was shorter (25 hours from Northern norway).I would recommend this property to all families thinking of travelling to Orlando area

My family and I stayed at David and Jane's property from July 2nd-5th and we could not have been more pleased! The property description was accurate and the pictures do not do this home justice! This was our first experience renting a private home instead of staying at a hotel and I was very skeptical at first. After I made the reservations, our party decided to grow and we ended up taking 7 adults and 3 children. I wasn't sure if the home would be large enough to accommodate all of us but the moment I walked through the doors, my questions and concerns went away. The rooms are large and spacious and can sleep up to 11 people. Having 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms were perfect for us and we never felt crowded. And, having a splash pool on the back patio was an added plus and a hit with the kids! As for the property’s location, it’s great - no more that 20-25 minutes from the parks. The community is still being completed and the home cannot be more than a year or two old, if that. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive (Target, Walmart, Walgreens and a Publix grocery store). The property is close enough to everything but far enough from the crowds and traffic when you need some peace and quiet. If you are in the area and looking for a beautiful place to stay, I would highly recommend David & Jane's home. Jane is a delight to deal with and she answered all of my questions without delay. I will definitely refer my friends and family to their property. And, I look forward to staying there again in the future. Thanks again, David and Jane for your hospitality!!

A clean and well maintained property close to all major Orlando attractions. Even the on-site club house and pool(s) where very nice! Received very quick and accurate information from the homeowner, and we all enjoyed a wonderful week under the Florida sun.

We stayed at Jane and David's town home at the end of May/beggining of June and had the most wonderful stay. We were traveling with two children (3 and under) and two young twenty year-olds (our au pair from Sweden and her best friend). The place was beautiful and perfect. It was close to everything (we got everywhere we wanted to go in 20 minutes or less). The community pool at the town home community was so much fun for the little ones. And having the own pool at our place for when our children napped was the best! There is a super target less than 5 minutes away for grocery shopping and other necessities. And a ton of restaurants around for when you don't want to cook. Everything was well kept. We really enjoyed our stay. Jane was extremely helpful with all questions and needs before we even departed. I highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Villa, Wonderful Vacation!

My husband, 19 month old son and I stayed here with another couple and their 11 month old daughter April 14-21 2010. I booked through HomeAway and wasn't sure what to expect since I have always stayed in hotels on vacation. I was somewhat skeptical but was reassured when Jane, the owner, was available via email whenever I had a question about the accomodations before we left. Let me tell you that the pictures of the Villa are exactly what you can expect to see when you arrive. It looks as though it is brand new! We followed the instructions that she sent me on email when we arrived and couldn't believe how beautiful the place was! It was so clean, new and spacious for two families. It was a definite plus to have the splash pool at the townhome so that when the kids would nap we could sit out by the pool. The community pool was where we spent most of our time when we weren't at the parks, the little ones loved the kiddy area! There were two jacuzzis, a waterslide, a tiki bar with a bartender and some snacks and drinks. There was also a playground, sand volleyball court and tennis courts. In the clubhouse, there was a cinema that we could have used with a huge movie screen, a play area for little ones, as well as a fitness center, poker room with card tables and an arcade. Since our kids are small, we plan to go to Disney World every other year, and I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again. It was so nice to be able to have the space so when the kids took naps or went to bed early we didn't have to sit in a quiet hotel room. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the Disney parks, we never hit traffic and it was really in a great location. A Super Target is about 2 miles down the street and we stopped there on our way to the villa from the airport and purchased all of our gorceries, toiletries, etc. There are several reastaurants close by when you don't want to eat in the parks, including a Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Giordanos Pizza (Chicago style, we highly recommend! (just to name a few). Overall, we had the most wonderful experience staying in this villa, and I don't know how many times when we were there we commented how great of a place this was and we would never stay in a hotel again! I would and will recommended Jane's villa to all of my family and friends!

First time in Orlando and what more can you wish for! The beautiful villa was much more than we expected: well equipped and furnished with style. From the moment we step in we felt welcome. Location was good and easy to access. Though renting a car is absolutely necessary. We did not spend time at the club house, no need for that. But if stayed there in summer, then the club house pool would have been the thing for the kids. The staff of VillaDirect was friendly and helpful, though met them only at check-in and check-out. Our party was two families with four kids and especially the kids loved the pool at the villa! We had pre-ordered pool heating because of the cold season. The only negative thing in this rental was that the pool heated up only after two days. But after that: perfect! What a lovely Christmas we had - even though we did not meet the Santa...

We have been to Orlando several time and this is the best place we have stayed by far. The moment we stepped through the door we knew we had made the right choice. Its like stepping into a 5 star hotel room but without the cost. Its ideal having your own private splash pool. As nice as the large pool looked at the club house we were perfectly happy with our pool in the yard. The house is located closer enough to the parks and restaurants but further enough way at the same time to be able to just relax in the sun. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Jane.
