BEAUTIFUL CONDO - Ocean Hollow Condominiums at 317 East 24th Avenue. Heated pool, private deck, and one block from the beautiful North Wildwood beach and boardwalk! Within walking distance to the famous Morey's Pier amusements and water slides. Just one block to the boardwalk and one block south, you'll find all your family needs for boardwalk entertainment at Morey's!!
A $300 security deposit will be required for all rentals.
Our condo is a quiet, top floor, interior courtyard unit, and the condo entrance is directly across from the heated pool!
Beautifully decorated family room has queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV with VCR, DVD, and digital HBO package. Fully equipped kitchen has a dining area that will seat 10. Laundry room has washer, dryer, and sink. We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable!! We've even upgraded to WIFI!
Master bedroom has queen bed, full private bath, flat screen TV with digital HBO package. Second bedroom has queen bed and TV. Third bedroom has single/double pyramid bed with roll-away cot, TV, and VCR/DVD player. Each bedroom has a huge closet! There is also a full hall bathroom.

The unit offers garage parking for one car and covered parking for a second car. The garage has a storage area with eight sand and beach chairs and an enclosed shower.

Our names are Paul and Bev Larson, and we are both retired teachers now living year-round in Avalon, NJ. We love everything that living at the shore has to offer!
Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
When we were searching for a property in North Wildwood, we liked the fact that this condo development had a lovely pool! We also appreciated the fact that the property was a mere one block to the beach and only one block north of Morey's Pier!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
First and foremost, we are "hands-on" owners, and we have established a reputation for having one of the cleanest condos many of our guests have rented. This is because, whenever possible, we check the condo after each cleaning to make sure it is ready for our new guests. Since we have rented ourselves in the past, we have done all that we can to make sure the condo is well-equipped. Having a problem with something at the condo? We often come over to troubleshoot the problem ourselves!

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay at this condo. The owners were so nice and accommodating. When the AC broke down just before our stay, they did everything in their power to make sure it was working when we got there. They also returned our deposit immediately after our stay. My children had so much fun - they loved the heated pool and enjoyed the boardwalk, which was just a hop, skip and a jump away.

What a great place to stay. We had an awesome time, very well stocked and clean. The owners are very nice. Didn't hesitate to come out when we were having a tv issue. Would definitely recommend this condo.
