On the upper floor you'll find the master bedroom, which has a brand new, pillow topped, full sized king mattress bed with ample dresser space, an enormous walk in closet, desk, computer with internet, 40 inch flat screen HD-TV, with bathroom, dual sinks and shower(sorry, no tub). Plenty of towels and extra linens are provided!
Next level down is the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, wet-bar, beautiful new gas fireplace, sofa sleeper & love seat with glass coffee tables. Living room also has an LCD 40 inch HD-TV w/Nintendo WII gaming console. The balcony off the living room is perfect for your morning coffee at sunrise, viewing east overlooking the greenbelt and pool area. Later in the day, you'll find this to be the perfect place to relax in the shade as the sun moves west while you enjoy the view with your favorite afternoon beverage!
Next level down is the main entryway, here you'll find the 2nd/guest bedroom which also has a brand new queen sized bed with plenty of dresser space, also a 40 inch HD-TV, a large closet with mirrors and patio door. The 2nd bathroom with shower(no tub) is also conveniently located on this level.
On the lower level you'll find the dining area and private poolside patio! Complete with well equipped kitchen with electric range & oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, fridge and microwave. We had a very nice stay in this condo. It was spacious, clean, well maintained and equipped. I appreciated the closet and drawer space for personal belongings. The one thing that took a bit to getting used to was having the kitchen 2 floors below the living room, not very convenient for serving refreshments in the living room.Owner response: Thanks Kim, was great to have you as a guest, glad you enjoyed your stay! I'll add a small fridge and few other things to the living room wet-bar for more convenience!

The location of Benny's condo is 3 - 4 blocks off Palm Canyon Drive. Excellent for morning walks, stop and grab a coffee and enjoy the mountains. Close walk to many restaurants and places for cocktail hour! We really enjoy staying close to down town Palm Springs, the atmosphere is great. We would walk down town thursday nights and enjoy the street vendors....and saturday morning we would walk to the swap meet across from the casino. Benny is a good landlord, making sure his guests are well looked after and have what they need. We appreciated the new crisp white sheets on both the king size bed in the master bedroom and the guest room. Benny had nice new fluffy towels in both bathrooms and lots of towels. The BBQ is new and works great. My only dissapointment was that out of 8 pools only one of the larger pools and one of the small pools were heated and neither of those were really close to our condo. The two pools close to us were very cold. Yes I would stay there again.....beware there are lots of stairs, but it was good exercise!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed here for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. This townhouse was excellent in all ways including affordability, and the grounds and facilities. The furnishings were new and clean. All the linens were of superior quality and the beds were quite comfortable - firm but not hard. The kitchen was full functioning with all the right gadgets to make cooking easy and we even BBQ'd on the nice grill right outside the sliding kitchen door. The owner even supplied some basic household items like cooking oil, spices & laundry soap, so we didn't have to buy large quantities for such a short stay. Very thoughtful. When we couldn't get the TV to work right (we were using the wrong remote control) the owner responded immediately to our call, and walked us thru the set up procedure that we had screwed up. The jacuzzi we used (SE corner of complex) was good and hot with powerful jets and great for a soak after hiking on the easily accessible trails on the San Jacinto hillside just above town. The townhouse was w/in easy walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, movie theaters, etc. and so you don't need a car if you just want to hang out around Palm Springs. I would recommend this rental to anyone.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Condo was well fitted, we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The beds and bedding were comfortable, the condo was very clean and ready for our stay, even included all the paper products for the month. The fireplace was perfect for cool evenings. Ben was great to work with, he responded very quickly to any questions and went out of his way to make certain we were comfortable. This is a four level condo so we expected the stairs to be a bit of a challenge. We were pleasantly surprised that they really were an issue only on the two move-in and move-out days - otherwise not a problem. The kitchen is typical 70's Palm Springs but everything worked so not an issue. We would rent this condo again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Great townhouse. Very well equiped with good quality towels and bedding and lovely furniture. Master bedroom is huge! Beautiful views of courtyard. Pools and grounds very well kept. A lot of stairs in unit which would not be appropriate for someone with mobility issues. Close to downtown but very quiet. I would highly recommend this unit for couples or family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I purchased this townhome because of all the amenities within the Village Racquet Club and a place for me to escape the winter's cold & play a round of golf, as I love the moderate desert climate, warm & dry, but also like the summers heat! The location just doesn't get any better!
