This is not a luxury accommodation. It is a well maintained, clean, centrally located place for you to relax after a long day of enjoying what Park City has to offer. If you are looking for a luxury hideaway - this unit isn't for you. However, if you are looking for a clean place to eat and sleep after a day of riding or hiking - you won't find a better bargain.
ACCOMMODATION: 2BR/2.5BA - Sleeps 6
- Actually two separate units (on same level) connected via private hallway
- Unit 1 (1BR/1BA): studio with kitchenette, TV, bath, queen bed, balcony
- Unit 2 (1BR/1.5BA): full kitchen, TV, full and half bath, queen bed (in master), queen Murphy bed in dining area (with privacy screen), balcony, gas fireplace
- Year-round outdoor heated pool & hot-tub for all guests
- Outdoor tennis court (summer only)
- CHECK-IN: After 3:00pm on the first day of your reservation. Access codes are given by email, text or phone on the day of your arrival. Early check-in may be possible. Email to check availability on the day prior to your arrival.
CHECK-OUT: Before 11:00am on the last day of your reservation. Housekeeping arrives immediately after guest check-out time.
LOCATION: 45 min from Salt Lake International Airport on Captain Molly Dr. (see map). A 7-min walk to Park City ski lifts. Free bus service throughout Park City (bus stop located steps from unit).
West side faces Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Golf Course. Walk across Park Avenue on east side to stores including Fresh Market grocery, Rite Aid pharmacy, Sports Authority, Burger King, Cinemark theater, and Starbucks!
*Furnished kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses).
*On-site coin laundry available

*Covered parking for one car plus room for 2nd car behind; more parking across from condo.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if canceled at least 15 days prior to arrival date; 50% refund if cancelled within 15 days of arrival date. No refund if cancelled after arrival date.

Location, Location, location
The condo is within walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort, world class mountain biking, the mountain biking shop (Cole Sport), a beautiful golf course and downtown Park City. The condo was as described; it's roomy, has a couple of balconies, a good kitchen, enough sleeping space for our family and plenty of natural light. If you are going in the summer, bring fans and be prepared not to use the upstairs room as it takes a long time to cool off despite the night time temps in the 50's (no A/C). I was aware of this since my sister has a unit in the complex so I was prepared. There are four beds including the two murphy beds and two couch beds on the main floor anyway. We also had a great time at the pool and tennis court at the complex, which was family friendly. I gave the condo five stars because of its location and excellent value!
