  We were with "Happy Dog", our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Besides the pool, our two grandsons (4 and 7) thought it was so cool to have their own TV in their bedroom! We met the house cleaner, Rachel, when we arrived and she was the perfect "1st person" because she was so positive and bright and she made us know that we chose the perfect house for our Disneyland Family Reunion. Like our daughter said, the location was great, pool, game room, huge living/gathering room all added to our relaxing week. The staff was there for us 24/7 by phone, texting and computer emails. We were never left out there on our own. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone, especially families.

  This house was perfect for our family of 8 (6 Adults and 2 Kids). The location was amazing! Close to stores, restaurants and of course Disneyland and Angels Stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool and pool area were great for those lazy "non-Disney" days and for coming back after a long day at the parks. It was stocked with toys and floats for all to enjoy. The house was big and spread out nicely so we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. All the rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were super comfortable. We did have a few glitches none of which were due to the owners/property management company...one of the last visitors had dropped a spoon and some piece of metal in the garbage disposal and jammed it. We were able to dislodge it ourselves and when we let the management company know. they promptly gave us a credit for out troubles. We also had a toilet clog and they had a plumber out there ASAP to fix it. Needless to say, the management company, Linda and Angela, were there for us 24/7 with any concerns that we had and took care of them immediately! We would highly recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay there again!!

  Let me first say, I don't usually write reviews but I always read them so I should try harder to contribute to the information super highway so here it goes... I booked this home so that my boyfriend and I could take my nephews (ages 7 & 9), their parents and my parents to Disneyland/ Universal Studios. By the way, the CityPass is the more economical way to do a 3 day park hopper, Universal and Sea World. I have used VRBO several times and had mixed success. But this is definitely the way to go for a family vacation because hotel rooms are crazy expensive and you have to eat out every meal. This place looked great from the pictures and the reviews were pretty good. So here's my 2 cents: *Nice home and location: close to Disney (although not walking distance) and close to grocery stores and Costco. Neighborhood felt very safe. *Private, heated pool: we had some issues with the filter and maintenance but the new Property Manager, Angela was very helpful and got a new Pool person and once it was up and running it was fantastic *We cooked breakfasts and dinners at the house and ate lunches at the amusement parks. Saved tons of money and then didn't feel bad about eating junk food for lunch. The kitchen is moderately stocked definitely could use some more large serving containers, cookie sheets and wine glasses. *The bonus room was a sanity saver! We could send the kids in the pool/video room and they would play quietly for hours. *The water heater is very loud and makes banging noises. We never ran out of hot water but after all the evening baths and showers it would rattle on for a long time. My boyfriend owns a plumbing company and says it is probably full of silt. It didn't bother us in the master bedroom but my sister in the guest room says it kept her up. All in all, I would recommend this house. Especially since Angela seems very engaged and willing to make improvements. One more thing: if you go to Disneyland and see any of the characters from Toy Story; Yell "Andy's Coming" and they will drop to the ground just like the movie!

  Angela was nothing but understanding and patient, in spite of her busy schedule. The house was amazing and accommodating, a more money efficient alternative to hotels. Every time I walked into a room, my jaw dropped. Everything was just so easy, the perfect vacation. This is by far the best house I have rented and I look forward to staying here again soon. Thank you Angela!

  Blown away how lovely this house is. The outside had an amazing pool with so many play toys for kids and rafts for adults. Pool table was great with all the games for the family. Really loved how many people it slept . It was perfect for my family. We couldn't believe how great this place was. Everyone was so happy how nice and clean everything was. I didnt expect it to be so nicely decorated and so spacious . We absolutely loved it . Another family trip next year!!!

  I will start off to say that the location and the house itself was perfect. Unfortunately the experience itself was far from perfect. When we got to the home we walked in and there was ALOT of stuff left over from the previous stay. There were half empty water bottles on the counter, empty beer bottles left behind, baby diapers, Qtips, medicine syringes, used razors in the shower, loose change all over the place and the list goes on. We were completely unsure if we were the only ones staying there. After finally getting in contact with Linda via email, we ended up having to clean everything up as there was no point in sending cleaners over a second time and try to work around our own stuff. The BBQ was broken but they were able to send someone out to fix that. The pool was not heated (solar heating) and was slimy, we had gotten a notice on the door from the chemical company stating that the filter was broken and they turned the pool off, unfortunately we found this out after my kids had been swimming in it and my youngest ended up with a rash all over her body. We contacted Linda about this and have yet to hear back from our email to this date. One other thing to note was that one of the reasons we chose this place was because it had stated that there were plug covers on all the plugs after another persons comment stated they were needed...there was not one plug cover and none to be found anywhere in the house. Not great either when the crib is located within arms reach of an open outlet (caught my daughter with her fingers almost in it). Manual needs to be updated with new Wifi password as we couldn't originally get on to the network but fortunately we were able to find the new password on the cork board in the kitchen. One recommendation I have for Disneyland guests, if you are driving and parking, use the Toy Story Parking lot, it is super convenient to get back to the house and you dont run into traffic back logs.

  Owner response: I apologize for your experience in our home. If I could have changed your experience to be a great one, I would have. Regarding the items that were still in the home after your arrival, this occurred because the new housekeeping company we transitioned to overlooked them. Besides those items, the house was cleaned for your stay. As with new services, they are refined through time. I am sorry you were caught in the midst of our transition. Regarding the condition of the pool, our pool service did do a poor job with cleaning that week. I followed up with them and they said they too had some changes and had assigned a new poolman who was not familiar with our property. We really hope all of our guest have great stays and sincerely regret yours was not. Please let me know what we can do to make things right. As you can see by our past and even more current reviews, many guests have great experiences. We welcome you back in the future with hopes to make up for what has happened. Sincerely, Linda

  We stayed for nine nights - March 23 - April 1, 2013 and had a great experience. The home looked exactly like the pictures - which made us feel at home. It is in a very nice and safe neighborhood. There is a park nearby and we would take morning walks. It is a great location - close to the John Wayne Airport (SNA), Disneyland, California Adventureland and Downtown Disney. We could watch the fireworks from the driveway at night. We celebrated Easter dinner at the house - there were nine of us and the house had plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans to use. We had a minor problem getting connected to the internet and Linda came over to assist. It was great to meet her and a pleasure to work with her. We look forward to staying again at this house in the future or at the Newport Beach home. Highly recommend this home!!!

  This is a wonderful home for a family going to Disneyland! The home was large enough for the grand kids to run around in. Great neighborhood for taking a walk and friendly neighbors. The pool was heated and clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and well equipped. We had a problem with the bathtub drain, and a plumber was at the house that night. We would enjoy staying there again.

  The house was as described and had all the conveniences you would need. The location is perfect in that it is a 20 minute walk to Disneyland and is situated in a quite suburban street. There was a problem with the clothes dryer, which the manager apologised for and was getting repaired, but unfortunately not before we left. i would definitely recommend this house for any family wanting to stay close to Disneyland

  What a great stay we had in Anaheim. What else to write than that everything was perfect (oh yes, just to split hairs, some more wine glasses should be welcome ...). We wish we had to spend more than 3 nights there and surely won't look for any other place to stay when we come back to California.
