We also own and rent the condo unit next door to this unit (VRBO listing 360453). These two units are literally steps from each other, both ground floor/facing the courtyard and large swimming pool.

This condo is a ground floor efficiency unit facing the large pool. Comfortable King size bed. The couch is a double sleeper sofa. Guests bring their own linens and clean the unit prior to departure.
The condo is located at Bogue Shores Condominiums. Bogue shores is known to provide a family friendly atmosphere. Many who know Bogue Shores Condominiums consider it to be the island's best kept secret with the large pool, closeness and accessibility to the beach and the beautiful sound side. It is located on one of the narrowest parts of the island which provides sound and ocean sides with very easy and quick access. The unit is most comfortable for 2 adults. While it is possible to sleep four (4) we suggest it is ideal for families with small children (who don't mind sleeping on the pull out sofa).
If you picture a normal sized average hotel room that has been converted into a condominium by adding a small kitchenette at one end, you'll have a great visual of our unit. The kitchenette and bathroom are both small but we've found them both to be sufficiently functional for our family of four (two adults and two children).
The property has a large adult pool and a separately enclosed baby/kiddie pool.
The property also includes a pier and boat launching area where guests can launch their boat for a minimal fee ($10 per stay). We also love to fish from the pier!
Our favorite three things about this property are 1) the large pool; 2) the beautiful grassy area on the sound for cookouts and playing with the kids; and 3) the close proximity to the beach...once you cross the street (and our property sits on the street), the ocean is literally steps away.
Rental requirements include: - Renters must be 25 years of age (except dependent children) - Renters agree to clean the unit prior to departure (cleaning products are provided) - No dogs & No smoking (no exceptions) - No more than 4 people in unit (preferably max of 2 adults plus 2 children). Unit is not set up for 2 sets of adults.
