  The photos are accurate. The place was clean. Owner was flexible and accommodating. The building has a rooftop pool and hot-tub, although we didn't use them during our stay so I cannot comment on the condition. Only shortfall was there is construction going on with the building and the apartment balcony was closed off during our stay. Also, this building is partial private condos and partial hotel. The front desk staff were not accommodating / helpful to us since we were not apart of the hotel.

  My wife and I stayed at the Condo for a month. The Manager was very nice and accommodating. Quiet. Clean. Nice Pool. Enjoyed watching one of the residents feed the fish in the canal nearby every so often. Condo had Wifi which was great for us. Wife enjoyed the stroll to the beach to collect shells. Apartment complex also has a cafe and mini mart which was handy. It was relaxing to get away from busy work life. This was a great part of Waikiki to stay at. We would highly recommend this Condo for vacation or long term stay for work.

  I found this place to look like the pictures, I was disappointed because we could not us the balcony because of construction but he view is wonderful and it was want we needed.

  We just got back from spending 3 nights at this rental. It was perfect for our young family, steps from Waikiki beach and in a quiet location away from the main street and the building had great amenities for our little one. The condo was comfortable and clean and the photos accurately reflect its appearance. The location is what makes the place so great, it really could not have been better. The Manager was very helpful and answered all our questions.

  My in-laws spent six weeks in the condo and there were a number of issues. First of all there was no phone in the unit. To me this should be something that is standard in all rental units. The owner did finally provide a phone in the unit but the phone number was out of state and therefore no one in Hawaii could call the unit without long distance charges. The unit is in need of a lot of renovations was not clean. The carpets need replacing, the bathroom tub surround was moldy, the unit needed painting, the drapes in the bedroom were full of holes and disintegrating to the point that we couldn't leave our belongings on the dresser. This unit is NOT suitable for four people. You have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom and the sofa bed in the living room is totally unsuitable. The mattress is old and only about a quarter inch thick. We had to put the cushions from the sofa on top of the mattress in order to sleep on it. The kitchen is not well appointed for any type of long stay. I had to buy a new coffee maker as the one provided was full of coffee mold. I cannot in all good conscience recommend this unit. The comments from John from Nebraska puzzle me since his claimed dates of stay in this unit was when we were there.

  From the very first email, the owner has shown nothing but the upmost professionalism. he responds quickly to any and all emails, and offers what can only be described as a GEM in Waikiki. The view is great, pictures are exactly what you are getting. Wonderful amenities. In walking distance to everything you need! The bed is probably the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook whatever you like! Can't wait to find another reason for a vacation in Waikiki to come here again!!!

  Pros: steps from Waikiki Beach, extraordinary views, an abundance of facilities, friendly, competent and attentive building staff, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, all the conveniences of a modern apartment and all at an incomparable value. Perfect size for a small family. No cons. Owner is friendly, and was committed to making our stay memorable right from the start. Other conveniences included nearby restaurants, a large grocery store on Kuhio and the central Waikiki location. We chose to rest most days on the beach or near the pool. Weather during our week here was sunny, dry and warm... combined with the comfort and feel of this extremely well-managed building and the owner's hospitality, our stay was perfect.

  We just came back from our trip to Waikiki for our Honeymoon! This property was great!!!! A spacious one bedroom apartment that felt more like a home away from home. Spacious kitchen and living room. Nice bedroom and bath. Very clean and with all utensils you will need, sheets, towels, etc. Location in Waikiki was perfect with a nice view of the water. Close to restaurants. The owner coordinated a parking pass for us in the building which was so convenient. The owner is very nice and helpful guiding us to some great restaurants and things to do. The apartment was just perfect for us to have time together an explore the island. Thanks so much and we will not hesitate to stay in the property in the future.

  This is a wonderful property. It would be easy to spend the whole week on the balcony enjoying the view. The unit is confortably furnished and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (plenty of confortable seating and lots of shade available). We enjoyed eating at Alan Wong's (recommended by the owner) and Sansei (at the hotel across the street). The unit is walking distance (1 block) to the beach! I would highly recommend this property. The owner was very helpful and everything was in perfect condition when we arrived.

  We rented this property for approximately five weeks and were very pleased with it. The owner was professional and easy to work with. The property exceeded our expectations. It was great for an extended stay with the kitchen, dining table and comfortable living room. The amenities associated with the property - large pool, hot tubs etc etc were as described and were excellent. Location was fantastic. It was easy to take public transit to explore or parking the owner coordinated for us in the building was handy when we rented a car. Over all we were very pleased.
