**Recently redecorated with brand new Living Room/Dining Room furniture and bedding in both bedrooms.** Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is on the top floor of building #3 alongside the entrance drive, facing west, great for sunbathing on your balcony or viewing awesome sunsets. You are just steps to the marked and lighted crosswalk to our private, gated beach entrance. There is a new boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking and biking.
This unit has a new sofa bed, oversized side chair, 47in flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen comes complete with all your basic essentials. There is a new table with seating for six.
For your comfort each bedroom contains a pillow top mattress, King size. Each bedroom has a DVD Player and flat screen TV. There is a balcony off the master bedroom which includes a bistro table for two! Our master bathroom includes a bath tub and shower. Our main bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway or the bedroom and includes a walk-in shower with glass doors.
The in-unit laundry room features a full size dryer & washing machine. We also provide an iron with an ironing board. Plenty of beach toys for the children. Card/board games for children and adults. High-speed internet is included - free - as well as cable TV on all TV's.
We invite you to bring your well trained dogs with you on your vacation. On property, there is a designated area where you can walk you dog. We do charge an additional $100 fee for well trained/groomed dogs. (Note: pets are not allowed on the beach)
We welcome you experience our condo and take in the many local restaurants, shopping, and best of all the beautiful white sand beaches!

I have owned condos for 12 years and manage condos in Destin. My family stayed in this condo for our Spring Break. I loved it. The new mattresses were so nice, flat screens in each room, new sofa, clean, clean, clean. Sorry but I have asked to rent it for the next 3 spring breaks!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

This was our 2nd year staying in a condo at Maravilla. This condo was BEAUTIFUL. It met all our expectations. We had everything we needed for a great spring break. Rich was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo. We hope to come back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The condo was very clean, updated, and had everything to make our stay very comfortable. The location is terrific --very close to the beach, walking distance to some restaurants, and short distance to shopping. The complex has great amenities including basketball and tennis courts which kept our boys busy as it was too chilly for them to swim. Loved being able to bring our dog with us and there was a great bike/walk path steps from the condo to take him on long walks daily. The owners were great to work with promptly answered any questions and left a basket full of pamphlets with things to do and restaurants to eat at. We will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

The condo was exactly as described in the ad, and was spotlessly clean. Since it was dark when we arrived, we didn't get a good look at the surrounding area until the next morning. The beach was beautiful, and there were a couple of good restaurants within walking distance: Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's. We had lunch at Pompano Joe's and would recommend it. We rented a ScootCar one day at Fantasea rentals about a mile east of the condo and had a ball - fun way to get around the area. Even the dog enjoyed riding around on it! We were there a total of 4 nights and had an absolutely great time - we would highly recommend this property. It's the perfect combination of a quality property at a reasonable price in a great location. Thanks for an enjoyable holiday weekend.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

my condo was beautifully decorated, clean upon arrival...quiet. Lots of friendly people at Maravilla. Beach at tendants very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants... I was comfortable and felt safe.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

We had a family of six and had a great time and the location was very central. Loved the fact that it was pet friendly. Mornings out on the balcony was very calming and had a view of the beach. Grill by the front pool has one grill and the one by the back pool has 3 charcoal grills. You can come into the condo via Hwy. 98 which will be a faster trip then taking the scenic route. The condo does come with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. You have to be by the steps on the beach by 8:45 a.m. to reserve your ocean front chairs, otherwise you will be on the second row. They do have quite a bit of toys for small children. They do have rolling carts to bring your belongings up to the condo. No items must be left outside the door.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.
