This 12th Floor east corner condo has great views of the gulf from anywhere in the tiled kitchen, living room and dining room. A large wrap-around gulf front balcony can be accessed from these rooms. The great room allows you to watch the large screen TV, keep an eye on the kids or just watch the waves while you prepare a meal in the well complimented kitchen.
All three bedrooms have new flat screen TV's w/Bluray players, carpeting, ceiling fans, night stands w/lamps, dressers and mirrors, alarm clocks , large closets and both blinds and drapes. The master bedroom has a north facing wrap-around balcony and this one overlooks gulf state park. Beds consist of a King in the master bedroom, 2 Fulls in 2nd bedroom and a Queen in 3rd Bedroom. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Both bathrooms have shower/tub combos, hair dryers, linens and are tiled for your comfort and cleanliness.

Very beautiful condo. Well decorated and felt at home. Had everything we needed. Wouldn't request to change a thing. Staff is attentive and friendly. Had 7 of us. 2 adults 5 kids. Had plenty of room! Would like to return for another stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

My family and I were in Daphne for a funeral, so we ended up at the beach (extremely last minute) after the arrangements were over. The owners were very helpful and made our last minute beach visit happen. We were so thankful to have a place for the kids to come do something fun after a sad time. The condo is beautiful, clean and the property is so fun. The indoor heated pool is also great and harder to find. The view is incredible from the balcony. The mattresses and furniture are comfortable. We throughly enjoyed the sleeping arrangements and it slept 7 very comfortably. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The patio furniture is also unique, comfortable and sturdy. Thanks so much for letting us stay here and the great service!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We immediately felt at home upon entering this beautifully decorated condo. We were in town for a business convention and stayed here with several others. The condo was spacious enough for all of us to feel extremely comfortable. The view from the wrap-around balcony was breathtaking. The furniture and decor were updated, modern, and beautiful. We can definitely see a return visit in the future with our entire family. This condo is the perfect place for large families, girls weekends or a romantic getaway!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My Wife & I recently spent 8 days with another couple (friends since college) at this lovely condo. The unit was spotless and we loved the updates ( cabinets, granite countertops, etc). The condo is very spacious. The wrap around patios were fantastic! We enjoyed watching the Dolphins swim while enjoying our morning coffee. Being on the 12th floor was a great experience. We had a terrific view and saw some amazing sunrises and sunsets! Being right on the beach is priceless. This unit had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The furniture is new and very comfortable (unlike other places we have stayed) The recliners were a nice touch and very appreciated. We visited The Naval Air Museum in Pensacola and enjoyed the daily fly overs of the Blue Angels. There are many fine and very reasonably priced restaurants in Orange Beach. The owners are very easy to work with and very helpful. We definately plan on staying in this condo #4125 again in the near future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed in this beautiful condo last week along with 7 other ladies....yes, there were 8 of us who stayed here comfortably. We booked this trip through the owner, and it exceeded our expectations! We played bridge, walked on the beach, enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub/sauna, and relaxed in the spacious common areas. We especially liked being in a corner unit because the views were spectacular from the balconies. We ate TONS of seafood, and we gave a 5 star rating to these restaurants:"Bahama Bob's" and "Harbor Grill". All 8 of us agree that we will DEFINITELY try to return to this exact location in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I are retired and we purchased the condo with our daughter,her husband and their children. We all love to vacation here regularly. Living in Mississippi makes it an easy drive to get the sun, surf, seafood and relaxation.
Why the Owner Chose Phoenix 4:
We used to vacation in Destin, Fl, but the pace of this area is more layed back and comfortable. Prices are better and the people are very friendly. The long, deep beautiful sand beaches are right out your door. No walking across the street to get to them.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The upper floors of this condo have higher ceilings. That might seem like a small thing, but it will make your stay a more comfortable one. The amenites of the condo are also first rate. A heated indoor pool, hot tub, excercise equipment, large outdoor pool, saunas, kiddie pool, tennis court, gezebo and grilling area are all there for your use. And the smaller size of the Phoenix 4 building makes for less stess on all of the resources including the beach.
