Welcome! Our new vacation rental awaits you in the beautiful Arroyo Grande hills. Great for a quiet couple's getaway or for an entire family to enjoy together.
This clean and quaint house is very private, with no neighbors adjacent to you, and is located on a 5-acre parcel with its own separate access (driveway).
The house is 1,200 sqft and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, an open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, AND an impeccably well-maintained hot tub!!
The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is also quite large and has one full-sized bed and a sturdy, wooden bunk bed with 2 twin beds and lots of storage. There is also a nice, clean futon in the living room that can be used as a bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway with easy access from the rest of the house and the hot tub. There is also a washer and dryer in the hall between the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have their own TVs and there is a large flat screen TV in the living room. All TVs have satellite service and a DVR. The house is also equipped with DSL/WiFi.
In the private and peaceful backyard there is a clean, multi-jetted hot tub to relax in under the stars. You will probably hear owls at night.
The kitchen is open to the dining area through an open counter/bar area and has 2 bar stools so that you are festive at all times even when in the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and all the other expected amenities.
A propane bbq is located in the front yard so you can barbecue and watch the horseshoe game being played below! Also, this comfortable home has plenty of room by the driveway to park your boat or RV.
We are centrally located and only 3.5 miles from the village of Arroyo Grande with lots of fun shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting rooms. Don't forget the Arroyo Grande Farmer's Market every Saturday from 12:00 noon to 2:30.
We are located 7 miles from 7 world-class wineries: Talley, Laetitia, Wolff, Tangent, Edna Valley, Chamisal, Tolosa, etc. Fun!
We are located only 6 miles from Lopez Lake and 6 miles from Pismo Beach. Lopez Lake has water slides for the kids and fishing and of course boating.
This house will give you no choice but to relax and recuperate.

We were so happy with our stay at this sweet place! It truly was very private, quiet and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with more than enough of everything, which was a great thing because we served 10 people on Thanksgiving! We took our old big dog along and she was very content out back- there was a nice fenced off area for her. The wood stove was ready to light up [thanks, Richard] but we never got the chance since the weather was over 80 degrees during our visit. The owners were extremely helpful and attentive, returning any phone calls within minutes. I definitely will recommend this house to anyone. The little town of AG is so darling- there was a wonderful Farmers market going on, great music too. We will be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. It was perfectly located just outside of Arroyo Grande, on the way to Lopez Lake, where we participated in the Scott Tinley triathlon. The hot tub was super nice after our race! The owners were super attentive and the place was clean and well stocked. We had two families with small kids and the bunk beds were perfect, as was the large closet in the master (fit the baby with the pack & play). Had a nice stay. We would stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We needed a "home base" to come back to after a long day on the lake. This home was far more than we could hope for! The house is roomy, impeccably clean, cozy and far exceeded our expectation. When an unusual summer rain storm rolled through and kept us from the lake, we were thrilled that we had an excuse to stay home! The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake! We all loved it! The kids loved the magnetic dart board and playing horseshoes for the first time. The house is just as pictured and described and the owners were wonderful, easy to work with and happy to accommodate us. We would definitely recommend this property- we came as a family (2 adults 4 kids age 6-12) for boating on the lake, but would love to come back as a couple and enjoy the local wineries.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: I am a general contractor and Christina is an archaeologist. We work hard in our careers and know how important it is to find a clean, comfortable place to relax. So we are proud to offer our vacation rental to you. We love living here on the Central Coast and are happy to share our knowledge of the area with you. We are personable and want to make sure you have a great time - we are available anytime to answer your questions!
Why the Owner Chose Arroyo Grande:
We first discovered this property during a camping trip in the area. I, Richard, have lived almost all of my life in the country at the far western part of the Bay Area. My wife, Christina, has lived most of her life in Pasadena and then moved to San Francisco where we met. We feel that this is one of the best climates in all of California. We saw what we wanted and took the leap that we have never second guessed. We hope you will agree when you visit.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
One of the greatest benefits of our area is that there's plenty to enjoy without the hassles of traffic. The Village of Arroyo Grande just 3 miles west of us is a great place to get dinner, stroll around or just have coffee and relax. There is at least one wine tasting room and a wine bar. The ocean, piers and Lake Lopez are also great destinations. Not to mention Avila beach and The Avila hot springs with a well heated swimming pool. Avila also has a farmers market on friday evenings. Great fun with an incredible ocean front. You are also 10 miles from San Luis Obispo with lots to offer including it's farmers market on thursday evenings.
