Large master with new comfortable king size bed and private bath, Flat schreen smart tv. 2nd bedroom, new queen size bed, and tv with 2nd bath across the hall. Living room has 2 new lazy boy recliners and comfortable small twin comfortable sleeper sofa, with wall mounted flat screen tv with expanded cable. Home has wireless internet (wifi) greenlight for fishing, boat dock, free boat launch, lots of bird activity, herons, rosiette spoonbills, ducks walk right on to the large covered back patio. Many good size redfish and trout caught by green light. Excellent area to kayak many greenlights in harbor. NOTE: large boat pictures are taken from restraunts on Fulton Harbor and Port Aransas.

The house and the neighborhood is one of the hidden pearls of the Rockport area nestled in a protected harbor feeding into Copano bay. The house is small from the outside but has large bedrooms and two nice bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Comfortable beds and clean, clean clean! The back deck is shaded, equiped and a joy to relax on. The owner was more than helpful and went that extra mile to make sure we had an enjoyable time by recommending boat ramps, places to fish, restaurants, etc. We will stay there again. Thanks again for allowing us to visit your little part of paradise.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was my 1st time to Rock port, TX . We arrived late at night, so we couldn't see much coming in at first, but I was amazed by the beauty of the area when there was daylight. The backyard was so peaceful and relaxing as I got up in the morning and sat outside to enjoy my morning "Cup of Joe". I was amazed that the house was very well laid out, and the master bedroom was very accommodating, including the master bathroom. Loved the 32" flatscreen SMART TV in the master bedroom; It was nice to feel so much at home and to be able to watch some of my shows on Netflix. I would have to say - one of the best features of the house was the beds.... OH my goodness! They were the most comfortable out of town beds I have ever slept in, especially since I've had two back surgery's. For the price, we will definitely be staying here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of four spent a week in this home and loved every minute of it. Easy access to Copano Bay provided fishing in the morning and the covered patio made for a relaxing evening as we grilled our catch. The summer breeze can be felt in the backyard to keep you cool. GREAT PLACE, EXTRA CLEAN. HAD ALL WE NEED, TV/CABLE,WIFI FOR MY LAPTOP. LOVE THE COVERED PATIO,MAKES IT ENJOYABLE TO SIT OUT ANY TIME OF DAY. MY HUSB CAUGHT SOME NICE TROUT UNDER GREEN LITE LAST NIGHT!! WE HAVE NEVER FISHED BY ONE BEFORE. I"M PICKY ABOUT BEDS DUE TO SOME BACK PEOB, BUT BEDS WERE GREAT!! ANYWAY, THANKS WE WILL RETURN, ONE OF THE BEST VRBO WE HAVE STAYED AT. THANKS. About the owner: Bev and i live in oklahoma to be around grandkids. We hope in years to come to retire back to rockport. Rockport has been part of our life for over 30 years. We are very proud of our copano house are are very particular on keeping it as close to perfect as we can. I hope you enjoy our special place.

I think this property is especially well located because you capture the s.E. Breeze under the Large covered patio! Boat dock, fish cleaner, green light for fishing, beautiful sunrises. It's awesome.
