  We stayed here on our first visit to Disney world, and not knowing the area, really relied on the accuracy of the listing. We have stayed at VRBO rentals, and always had good luck, so we were willing to try. I am so glad we did! The rental house was just the right. It had everything we needed, including a crock pot that the owner actually furnished when I inquired if the house had one! There were towels and toilet paper (that might not seem like a big deal, but it is!) and the kitchen was fully stocked. We also utilized the stroller a lot on our trips to disney. Having little ones in tow, a stroller is a necessity! It was only about 15 minutes to Disney, then time for parking, but you would have that time no matter where you stayed off property. We also really liked to be able to retreat back to the house after a long day at the parks and not deal with the crowds and people at the pools and restaurants. It definitely kept our small boys sane! And mom and dad too! Speaking of the pool, it was fabulous. It was very clean, the only downside was that we never found the pool toys, but it wasn't a big deal. Between the pool and the game room, we actually spent a whole day at the house, just to rest for my little ones. I think our favorite part was the very overt Disney decorations. They may be a turn off for some who are looking for a "grownup" environment, but for our family it was PERFECT. The furnishings were all comfortable, clean, and modern, while the extra Disney touches kept the magic alive for us when we came home at the end of the day. It is a great compromise to not staying on Disney property! My boys are already asking when we are going back to stay in our Disney house. They couldn't decide which room they liked better, the toystory room or the Aladdin room with the bunk bed, so they split their nights between the two! Also, the toys were a huge help for little ones. I didn't have to pack any of the normal toys we have to bring on vacation because there were some there! As you may be able to tell, we loved this house. We can't wait to come back again. We are already trying to figure out our dates!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Tout est bien pensé pour que la maison soit la plus fonctionnelle possible: maison sur le même étage, piscine, salle de jeux dans le garage, près de tout, accessoires pour faciliter nos vacances, chaleureuse, propre, sent bon. En espérant y revenir, merci encore! Nous avons passées de merveilleuses vacances!

  From our guests book... Merci pour tout! Nos vacances furent merveilleuses, la température était de notre côté, pas trop d'attente à Disney et que dire de la maison...WOW! Tout à fait géniale! Propre, belle, chaleureuse, nous n'avons manqué de rien. On a bien apprécié prendre le repas tranquilles à la maison. On a même pris le temps de relaxer à la piscine!! On est même pas encore parti et les enfants nous demandent déjà quand nous allons revenir!!! Félicitations pour votre belle aventure et à bientôt!

  Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a great choice for our family. We had just about everything we needed; it was convenient. The girls loved the themed rooms. The biggest benefit though was that it was very clean!!! We rent out our lake home in South Carolina and that is one thing that is a big dealfor us on that end too so we appreciated it on the renter end!

  From our guests book... Bonjour Robert et Annie, Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans votre villa. Notre fille a "trippé" à essayer toutes les chambres d'enfants et à nager gaiement à chaque soir où l'on revenait d'une éreintante journée à Disney (mais combien "trippante"). Même mon chum s'est laissé gagné par la magie et on planifie un retour en 2014. Merci pour tout! Quel beau projet et bonne chance pour la suite!!

  We stayed a week in this nice villa. Newly remodeled and furnished, decorated in a Disney theme, we found everything we need for a perfect vacation. Near Disney (only 15 minutes driving) and away from the crowd for relaxing evenings after a full day at the parks, we enjoyed the private screened lanai, had family dinners outside on the confortable patio set and relaxed with a glass of wine while our kids were having fun in the sparkling pool! We will never book a hotel room anymore! The owner's Annie and Robert were helpful, giving us tips for Disney...and called us during our stay to be sure that everything was going well and that we were satisfied with the villa. Thank you for sharing this house with us, for sure, we will recommend your villa to our family, friends and work collegues...
