This professionally decorated, two bedroom, two level condo unit is the perfect intimate escape just 90 minutes east of Seattle. Year-round access by car; park your snowmobile in the garage and ride directly from the condo. A perfect place to stay and relax, or use as your home base for your outdoor adventures!
The open floor plan with a full kitchen, breakfast nook and living room feature vaulted ceilings creating a cozy yet airy atmosphere. The master bedroom has a plush queen sized bed. Bunk beds in the second bedroom provided flexible sleeping accommodations for up to five in beds. A shared bath with shower, tub combination rounds out the accommodations.
NOTE: We recently added (Nov 2012) a larger 50' Flat Screen to the downstairs living area and a 38' Flat Screen w/Xbox 360 to the upstairs loft area (see new photos).
Roslyn boasts the Roslyn Cafe, the Brick and other local hotspots and shops, as well as a movie theater.
Picturesque Leavenworth is only an hour away. Numerous festivals year-round; live outdoor summer entertainment and one of the best Oktoberfest celebrations, amazing colorful fall foliage.
An hour east of the Village, the Gorge has sunsets that go on forever, and provides a stunning backdrop for the Gorge Amphitheatre.
Just 30 minutes from the Village, Snoqualmie Pass offers a broad range of outdoor activities. In winter, enjoy a playground of ski slopes, cross country trails and snowboard parks. Summer hosts mountain bikers and hikers looking for challenging terrain and breathtaking views.
40 minutes east, Ellensburg is host to a multitude of fun events and festivities. Enjoy the nationally known Ellensburg Rodeo, which has earned its place as one of America's Top 25 professional rodeos. Preview films from up and coming film makers at the annual Ellensburg Film Festival.
Washington wines are making a name for themselves. One of North America's premier wine growing regions, the Columbia Valley has dozens of premium wineries. Enjoy special events in both summer and fall.

This property is perfect for a family getaway! The condo is tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We spent three nights. There were tons of extra details (like laundry soap) not mentioned. The owner is very friendly and flexible, and allows check-out as late as six pm. Since most hotels kick you out by noon, that extra time is HUGE for a family. We didn't arrive until 8pm on friday, and that late check out allowed us three full days.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We spent a week here and had a blast. The condo is clean, modern and the owners were available via email to happily answer questions. This unit is right on the edge of the complex, perfect for hitting the trails for a quick dog walk, a hike, or mountain biking. We spend quiet mornings sipping coffee on the porch in the fresh mountain air, and watched the golden sunset over the surrounding mountains in the evening. The community center and pool were meticulously maintained and I felt safe sending my 14-15 year old kids down to hang out alone. The property is close to lakes, rivers, Suncadia resort, and my favorite town of Roslyn, which has a great Sunday Farmer's Market, movie theatre, restaurants and oodles of historic sights. Again, the owners are extremely accommodating and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children.
