Amazing view of the largest pool. Decorated to perfection by a professional interior designer. We have 3 wonderful pools for guests to enjoy. All photos were taken from the condo's balcony. This condo is managed by a professional real estate agent. This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The condo features a king in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and 2 bunk beds. Watch your kids play in the pool from the balcony. The complex also has a hot tub that is warm year around. Mounted TV and cable in the bedroom and living area. Secure Wifi access points in the condo.
We are one of the only condos with extended cable channels in the living room and a king sized bed in the master.
The Maravila also has a gym, business area where the Wifi is located per the complex, and all pools have convenient restrooms located in the pool area. Areas on the grounds where you can BBQ anytime you like (these common areas are shared with other guests).
We are minutes away from many beach pocket parks, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. If you want to know more about our local attraction please contact our property manager. be sure to visit Jimmy's on the pier. The pier is within walking distance and serves all meals.

We stayed this past weekend at this unit. Our stay was wonderful. The overall complex and people that were staying there also made our trip wonderful. There isn't a negative thing I can say except we didn't get to stay longer. I will use Christina again with finding property and also stay at this location again. Christina went out of her way to email and check in to see how our stay was. Christina also emailed me to check on my 89 year old father that had an accident after leaving Galveston on Saturday. She has also emailed me several other times checking on him. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Wow this condo is awesome! My guest and I were quite pleased with the choice we made. We walked in and everything was new and very clean, bedding was plush and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking a great meal. The whole place was decorated in a pleasing nautical thyme. One suggestion is to bring some mosquito repellent due to the retention pond next door. I highly recommend this place and i'll be back for sure.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

We had such a wonderful time staying here! Super family friendly by having the bunk beds and seemed very private for a one bedroom condo. Very close to pools and amenities within the resort, and also close to everything Galveston has to offer. It was very clean, which we appreciated! It was so beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere; the patio was one of the larger ones in the complex, so we were able to sit out on the patio to eat as well as relax at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We live out of state but so enjoy coming to our home away from home. There is nothing nicer then sitting out on the balcony and enjoying our lovely pool view, experiencing the beauty of Galveston Island, and just getting away to RELAX. We hope our guests feel the same:). Thank you for taking the time to learn about our little treasure away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We just remodeled our condo and are still debating on the perfect name. We finished on July 6, 2012 and we hope the heart and soul we put into making it what we love shows. Many hours and debates over color, designs and the decor have brought us what we feel is the perfect space for us to relax. We love to watch the pool all light up at night and enjoy watching our family/ friends as they take time to enjoy the pool. Anyone can sit on our balcony and watch your loved one/ friends have a great time if you don;t feel like getting wet and would just like to read a book. We could continue to elaborate on why we love our condo and the Maravailla:)
