Come to "THE ABSOLUTE" Cape Cod Cottage!! This beautifully furnished and recently renovated Cape Cod style home has central air and a screened-in porch with a dining room table that is great for family meals and for unwinding after your day at the beach. We also have an outdoor shower which is perfect after your day at the beach or a great way to start your mornings. Our home is situated on a large wooded 1/2 acre lot and has two full bedrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely queen bed and our guest bedroom has comfortable twin beds. Our garage is a wonderful sleeping area for the kids and has been converted to a bedroom with a bunk bed, large area rug, and a window a/c unit. If you feel like a barbecue we have a gas grill and Weber grill adjacent to the screened-in porch. Both our full bath (2 sinks) and 1/2 bath have been completely remodeled.
MANY ATTRACTIONS CLOSE BY: This home is a scenic 15 minute walk to the beach, one-tenth of a mile from the 25 mile Cape Cod bike trail, three-tenths of a mile from Blueberry Pond, and one mile from Nickerson State Park. Many other public beaches are also within a couple of miles.
All shopping, restaurants, antiquing, are within a few minutes on 6A. We know that after you rent once you will be back year after year!

Last year was the first year we rented our property. We did extensive renovations to the interor, remodeled both bathrooms, painted all inside, completely refurnished, added screened porch furnature. We painted the exterior, did a lot of landscape work -tree trimming, and we have a guest book that had nothing but wonderful comments on the home, location, and positive comments on bike path access, beaches, and Blueberry Pond. We were booked every week we wanted to rent! Please give us a call if you have any questions!
