Beautifully furnished and renovated Cape Cod style home situated on large,wooded 1/2 acre lot. Has two full bedrooms - one with queen bed, one with twin beds. Both the full bath and 1/2 bath have been completely remodeled. There is also an outdoor shower to use after a visit to the beach or for your daily shower.
The home is also one mile from Nickerson State Park, one-tenth of a mile from the 25 mile Cape Cod bike trail, four-tenths of a mile from the beach (a scenic 15 minute walk-parking is also available at beach, and three-tenths of a mile from Blueberry Pond).
All shopping, restaurants, antiquing, are within a few minutes on 6A. We know that after you rent once, you will be back year after year. The house has central air conditioning and a new gas furnace. |
