Our 2nd floor elevator access unit is in a perfect location that is quiet and within a short distance(1 .3 miles) from downtown Naples and 2 plus miles from the beach. Our condo is a 2 bedroom condo, with 2 full baths, living and dining rooms, and includes a laundry room, in a very quiet well maintained community. It has a large kitchen (with full amenities), a breakfast bar and lanai. Wireless service is included. The living/dining rooms are spacious (100 ft. larger than most condos at Sandpiper Bay Club). The closet spaces are large in the bedrooms and laundry room. The living room/lanai and master bedroom have a lovely view of the large pool and surrounding landscaping.

What a wonderful place to call home as we enjoyed our month in the Naples area. Love to cook and the new kitchen was pleasant to prepare meals, simple or gourmet. Location was perfect for gadding about Naples. Great golf courses and shopping very near. Great area to walk and enjoy the beautiful homes on Naples Bay. Owners were so very accommodating . . we did not wish to travel on Easter Sunday, so we enjoyed an additional night at Sandpiper. Neighbors were so kind . . . one even left fresh picked oranges on our door step one morning. Highly recommended for a very pleasant vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I were born in Philadelphia and now live in Maryland. We have 4 grand children up north and therfore only spend a few months out of the year in Naples. Our condo is very comfortable and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Bay Club:
We previously owned a house about 2 blocks from our condo. It is a wonderful area. Very quiet, well maintained and close to Olde Naples (5th Avenue). After we sold our home decided to downsize and live nearby. We previously rented in Sandpiper Bay Club and enjoyed the ambiance and neighbors.
We lived in Naples since 1997 and have loved our life there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When we purchased our condo we were attracted to specifically the location and quiet, friendly community of Sandpiper Bay Club. The $3,000.00 monthly rate includes a weekly light cleaning service. We updated the condo and opened up a few walls to provide more light. This enabled us to maximize our wonderful view from the lanai. We have a renovated, newly decorated kitchen, an entertainment area in the living and Master Bedroom areas. It also includes wireless service.
