  What a fantastic find! We were a party of eight adults attending a wedding in nearby Celebration, Florida. This house afforded us the room, amenities, and relaxation so desired for a wedding weekend. There was more than ample room for all of us. This house is actually larger than the pictures depict. Everything was clean, neat and in order when we arrived. We spent most of our "down time" in the heated pool and jacuzzi. There are so many items provided for play or relaxation in the pool, in addition to plenty of seating space. The kitchen was well equipped, but know that you should bring paper towels, dish detergent, napkins, etc. The location is near Disney and many other attractions in the area. The house is located in a quiet area, but you are five minutes from all shopping, restaurants, etc. The proximity to the town of Celebration was great. Thank you Hunter for a wonderful experience. Can't wait to return!

  Our extended family stayed here last week (3.30.13 to 4.6.13). Words cannot express how pleased we were with the home. Everything was immaculate and very well tended too. The pictures DO NOT do it justice!! Ages in our group ranged from 2yrs to 72yrs including 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers. There was more than enough room, no one felt crowded ever. The pool and hot tub were clean and just the right temp. It was super close to EVERY thing, grocery stores, restaurants,theme parks and all kinds of shopping ( $$$$ to fleamarkets) The only draw back was the time went by to fast, we're already trying to decide when we can get back down. Thank you Hunter for allowing us to share your beautiful home!!! PS Your maintance man was super nice as we had to have the batteries changed in the master bath's door alarm (started beeping at 2am one morning) and he said we should have called him then! Imagine...2am!!!!

  What a delight to find a rental home of this caliber, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, super close to the parks/shopping/restaurants/grocery/fuel, lives up to the ad specs and all at such a tremendous value! We were 2 families (9pl) & more than enough space for all. House sparkled, manicured yard, Pool & Hot tub were excellent (BBQ/pool toys-nice touch), Information binder, maps and park brochures waiting for us on the desk next to the computer with internet access. Loved the tennis table! Well managed and pride of ownership shows! Owners were really easy to deal with and answered every question. I will be back with the family soon and with the boys for the next golf trip! Loved it! Totally satisfied!! Highly Recommended!!! Thanks!

  We really loved staying at this home. It was just as it is described. The owners were very easy to contact and answered all questions quickly. We had one small problem. The refrigerator leaked, but it was taken care of right away. It was really no trouble for us. The kids loved the pool! The adults loved the hot tub! It is very close to Disney World and lots of stores. We would definitely recommend this house!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We were extremely pleased with the facilities.... the beautiful house was spacious,and clean . We were 2 families - 8 people in total, and there was lots of space for us all! There were lots of linens/towels, dishes/cutlery. The washer and dryer was great to have! The pool and hot tub were awesome to soak in after a full day! The property was well maintained, and the few issues that were promptly addressed to our full satisfaction. There were restaurants and shopping close by and we were close to attractions. We would most definitely recommend this property to friends/relatives. The photos, listing and description of the house and its amenities were accurate. The owner, was very easy to deal with, and we were very happy with our entire experience. Thank you Hunter for helping make our holidays great!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We were two families of 5, plus my grandparents came by for a couple of days, and this house just fit the bill perfectly. Actually, the house is BIGGER than it looks on the pictures. Efficient house with good divisions (kids bedrooms in the middle - close to kids bathroom, with adults suites in the back and in front). Location is great, everything is included, no need to worry about the little stuff you never think to bring. Kids (and adults) loved the pool. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  This house was by far the best house we have rented in the Disney area. We have been renting houses for the past five years and so far this one is the best. The house was nice and clean when we arrived and had a welcoming feeling. There was a nice booklet in the house that provided all of the important numbers we might need during our stay. The pool was nice and warm for our entire stay which was great for the kids. The hot tub was also nice and 'hot' as it should be. We have stayed in other houses where the hot tub is basically the same temperature as the pool. This hot tub was nice to slip into after a day at the parks. The bedrooms were all a nice size and all of the beds were comfortable. The four bathrooms were great as we never had any issues with people having to wait. Two of the bathrooms lead directly to the pool area which was the best! Overall a great house that we will stay at again and would recommend to our family and friends. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely house.

  We stayed in the home in the middle of April. The home was very clean and included everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation without having to bring anything but our clothes from home. The pool was great especially after getting back from the parks. The heat in the pool and hot tub was very very warm. It was awesome because the last few times we have been down and stayed in other homes, the pool heat was always broken! Our kids would joke about going into the cold tub. We relaxed in the hot tub for hours. The pool area was nice and private as well. The rooms were well appointed and we did not have any problems. It was a very welcoming change especially during tax time! Thank you for maintaining this property like you live there! Mike R & Family

  this house was everything we were hoping for and more!! i took my family of 10 and we never waited on bathrooms or seating.. the pool and hot tub was nice to come home to everynight.. because in a hotel, im sure it would have either been full, or closed by the time we wanted to swim. my daughter would like to say that the front bedroom of the house had a firm mattress.. that hurt her back to sleep on, but if you like firm that would be the bedroom you should take.. we did have a tv that did not work in one bedroom, but when we called the mgr, they came over the next day to try to fix it. it coulc not be replaced till after we left..:{... the grill did not work very well and we had to finish in the kitchen, but i have addressed that and im sure it is taken care of. they had the shortcut directions to all of disney that cut off a lot of traffic and made it easy to get aroung. i would highly recommend this to any family that likes a little space to breath!! my whole family was already wanting to move in... thankyou for a great place to vacation... will keep this house on my favorites list for next time!!

  My family stayed at Autumn Creek Villa (what a great name!) in May and we had a wonderful time. The house is on a quiet street in Indian Creek with a lovely park close by. The house is nice and bright with lots of windows and a few skylights. I've never been in a house with skylights, but wow, what a difference they make. The pool was a nice size and was just the right temperature. Not too cool and not too warm, it was just what we needed after a long day at the parks. The spa was nice as well and the warm water really soothed our aching muscles. The bedrooms were a good size and all of the beds were very comfortable. There was lots of room when it came time for meals as there is a table in the kitchen and one in the dining room as well. Everything was clean and well looked after. I liked the fact that the price we paid included everything (except that darn sales tax) The pool and spa heat and the cleaning fee were all in the price. Some other places sound like a good deal until all the extra fees get added in. Not here, great place for a great price. I would recommend this house if you are looking for a great family getway.
