This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home is located in one of the newest Village neighborhoods. The Village of Sanibel is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of The Villages. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. And minutes by golf cart to Sanibel Neighborhood Recreation Center where you'll find an adult only swimming pool (age 30 or over), bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, Captiva Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, more bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath has a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The Den has a full size pull out sofa for additional sleeping if you're having overnight visitors. And just in case you need a little extra sleeping options, there's a queen size air mattress. And of course there's a large screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages.
This home comes complete and includes golf cart, WiFi internet connection and two Village resident ID cards (for monthly or longer rentals). With the Village resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Our week's stay in this beautiful home went by way to quickly. The location was ideal and convenient to everything The Villages has to offer and the golf cart was our primary mode of travel. Vickie and Stacey were wonderful to work with and responded to any question we had in a timely manner.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Weekly rates do NOT include resident ID cards. They can be added for an additional fee of $50.
Reservation deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Amount varies depending upon the length of stay. Reservation deposit will be applied to the rent.
Balance of rent, cleaning fee and security deposit are due 30 days prior to the check in date.
Security fee is refundable within 10 days of the checkout date after a walk thru and inventory check.
