Your cottage-style unit are located only 300 steps from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island.
As you arrive, you will observe the lush tropical gardens in front of our house, viewed daily from your oversized, completely private screened-in lanai. Your vacation unit is located on the lower level with no stairs whatsoever to climb.
As you proceed to your unit, you are greeted by possibly the largest Rubber Tree you have ever seen.
Our house is available for weekly, monthly and long term rentals!
Ours is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit that comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom comes complete with a Queen Bed, chest, nightstands and of course a private bath. The other two bedrooms sleep 2 adults or 2 children each. We believe you will find beach cottage vacationing a relaxing and casually elegant experience.
Your day might begin with coffee and danish on the lanai, watching the birds in their natural tropical habitat. Then perhaps take a walk to the corner where you will choose making a right to the bay to watch the sunrise or a left to the Gulf, to experience the daytime's warm sun or the evening's spectacular sunsets!
Following the last sight of the sun dipping into the horizon, you may want to continue down the beach for cocktails and dinner at one of the many casual Gulf side locales or perhaps on to Bridge Street, to experience some of the best varieties of food choices on the island.....and.....best of all, it's within walking distance!
After dinner, you may choose to walk back or hop on the free trolly, where you will disembark on the corner.....and you are back, ready to enjoy the remainder of the evening on your lanai !
Our unit is supplied with a full set of towels for each guest, as well as all of the necessary kitchen amenities, should you desire to dine in at your leisure and in the comforts of your cottage.
Beach towels, (1) HDTV with 200+ channels, free long-distance to US & Canada, wireless internet as well as a Washer/Dryer are provided for your convenience.

We stayed at this property for two weeks in August. We have stayed in Bradenton Beach before and this was our best stay yet. The house was VERY CLEAN upon arrival and had all we needed for our stay. We loved the screened lanai which made for a great bonus room. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach is about a two minute walk. The free trolly stops right at the top of the street, again about a two minute walk. All of our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner by the property manager, John. It was easy to access the property when we arrived and our damage deposit was returned quickly. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this property for a stress free beach vacation rental.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I am an Episcopal priest and rector of the near-by Episcopal Church of the Annunciation. My husband is a retired newspaper executive. We share ownership with a retired brother who lives in Atlanta.
Why the Owner Chose Bradenton Beach:
The three of us are native Floridians and have lived most of our life in Florida. Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island are like the Florida we remember from 50 years ago. There’s not much of it left. We love the non-touristy neighborhood and relaxed atmosphere, yet we are close to all the fun things to do on the island.
