Pitkin Creek condo description
Welcome to our modern, mountain home! You cannot pass this place up. We recently and continue to update our condo to make it as comfortable as possible for our guests. It is beautifully furnished in a modern mountain flare and is located in lush, scenic East Vail. We are just 4 miles east of Vail Village, 200 yards from the free bus route. Our unit is part of thr Pitkin Creek Condo complex which includes a market/liquor store, spa, and pool.
Our two level condo is a non-smoking unit, located on the top level of a three story building. It has vaulted ceilings, a completely updated kitchen and baths, new carpet, paint and furnishings. It comes complete with three cable TV's, free WiFi, DVD, woodburning fireplace, brand new washer and dryer, a walkout deck with outdoor seating and gas grill. The deck overlooks a courtyard and pool area.
Three bedrooms, plus a loft comprise the sleeping area for 10 guests. The main floor master contains a king-size bed, plenty of closet space and a flat screen TV/DVD/VCR. A full bath is located next to the master, off the hall.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, also with plenty of closet space and a TV/VCR. A second full bath is located next to this room off the hall.
The third bedroom is on the second floor next to the loft with a queen bed. The loft is great for teens, kids or singles and has one twin bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is a single above and a full size below. The loft also has a fully stocked game closet.
All rooms in the condo, include new furniture, fixtures and custom bedding.

Cancellation Policy: If renter cancels more than 60 days in advance, the $200 security deposit is forfeited. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days in advance, they forfeit their security deposit and 1/2 rental. If they cancel less than 30 days in advance, they forfeit all rental money and securtiy deposit unless we are able to re-rent those days. **Credit of these dates can be used for any available future dates

4 buddies and I stayed here for our yearly ski trip. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the place was close to the Vail shuttle that came pretty frequently. It was also great that the market/liquor store was within walking distance. Great place! Highly recommend!

5 Day Getaway!!
5 Day Getaway!!
Perfect place for 6 of us(could easily accommodate 3 more)......two couples with our eldest sons!! This unit is cozy and comfortable with everything you need. Just a short drive to Vail Village with very easy access to I-70 or a convenient shuttle stop near complex. The owners were lovely and such a pleasure to work with. Look forward to staying there again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. In addition to the cozy mountain vibe of the unit, we were thrilled to find a fully stocked kitchen and other subtle touches that made us feel right at home. Some of our favorite aspects were the fireplace (with plenty of wood already there for us!), the hot tub (big and close!), and overflow parking (our group had 4 cars!). The free shuttle was extremely convenient from this location, and although we didn't need it, it was nice knowing that we were steps away from a market. I also can't say enough about how awesome the owners are. They always responded quickly to our questions and were very accommodating with our requests. We would absolutely rent from them again and are already thinking about it for another reunion next year....

We spent a three day weekend in Vail with another family at the condo. We had a total of 8 people with plenty of room! The condo is beautiful, well maintained and perfect for families. The kids loved the loft area, which they thought was a cool place to sleep. The bus access to town was easy to find and very convenient. We never used our car. The owner obviously takes care of their home and was very organized with information. Thank you! We had a wonderful time!!

About the owner: My husband and I moved to Colorado in 1989. We love the mountains and can't quite get enough of the outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer. We've owned several condos near various ski resorts and finally settled on Vail for our getaway vacation home in the mountains - our dream resort!
Why the Owner Chose Pitkin Creek:
We bought this condo in Pitkin Creek because we really wanted to own a piece of Vail. We have lived in Colorado for 24 years and Vail had always been the place we wanted to come back to. We love Pikin Creek in East Vail because of all the amenities it offers. Pitkin Creek has a pool and hot tub and is on the free shuttle route. We can walk right outside our condo and enjoy the great bike paths ( which are X-country trails in the winter), fishing, rafting (literally right across the street from us). Most importantly, Vail Village is only an 8 minute bus ride and 4 miles west of our condo. The skiing here is phonominal!! The best of all Colorado skiing. They get the most snow/powder of any ski resort in Colorado. Pitkin Creek Condos are reasonably priced compared to other places in the Valley and we are able to pass our savings on to you, with reasonable rental rates. My husband and I also love to golf. The Vail Golf course is only 2 miles down the street and we also love to road/mountain bike and the most challenging bike path is to the east of us (Vail Pass). We have the best hiking trails right in our back yard, leading to waterfalls and lakes. I can't say enough about Vail and Pitkin Creek Condos. Can't wait to retire!!!
