Our family which includes two teenage boys stayed a week in this condo and had a wonderful time. It's very clean (my main concern), very affordable (my husband's main concern), and very spacious (my teenagers main concern). It's a short distance to Surfside Beach (less than 2 miles) but it's only steps to the pool and lake which no only provides convenience but a great view.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Our family stayed at this lovely,quiet condo for 5 days in July. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. All together with another family we had 8 people staying there and had plenty of room. My favorite part was the pool. It was never crowded and we really enjoyed that. I would recommend staying here! We loved it!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

About the owner: My family and friends fell in love with the coastal area of South Carolina. Two condos, one home, two building lots with homes being planned. Our roots are taking hold in this lovely vacation / retirement area. I truely enjoy sharing this unique area with complete strangers! We enjoy the beach, bike week (2010 Road King Classic owner) the resturants and shopping.
Why the Owner Chose South Bay East:
Southbay East is a small complex of 36 units. Great for families, golfers, cyclists because of the location between Bypass 17 and Business 17. Less than 2 miles to the beach, state park. 10 minutes to the airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Quite getaway location. Easy parking, easy first floor access. Closet unit to the pool. Lake views provide respite from Myrtle Beach night life! Great golf courses are what the Grand Strand area is known for and this location will allow for early tee times! Bike week events locations are within 10 minutes ride!
