Welcome to 3 Bears Cabin. Our charming cabin is located on a quiet street in the beautiful Blue Lake Springs development. On the first floor you will find two quaint bedrooms, full bath and living area. Upstairs you will feel surrounded by the beautiful trees as you sleep in a queen size log bed with your own sitting area and full bath.
If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Enjoy your meals outside on the spacious deck or sit inside at a cozy dining area where you can enjoy the scenery including the pine, cathedral ceiling.
You’ll feel miles away from your hectic life but still have all the access you need with free domestic long distance calling and complimentary high speed wi-fi service. Whether you take in the views while relaxing or want some adventure, there is always something to do in the area.
You will have access (for a fee) to the Blue Lake Springs Community area which includes two lakes, swimming pool, tennis courts, table tennis, horseshoes, basketball courts, outdoor movie theater, campfires, and pool-side snack bar.
If you want to explore the area, you can enjoy a day at Alpine Lake boating, fishing and hiking or in the winter months skiing and sledding at Bear Valley. This area hosts numerous adventures, including Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Music Festival, Ironstone Wineries and its series of concerts throughout the summer, the quaint town of Murphys with its history, small shops and local wine tasting. Drop down into the earth into one of the moaning caves or for the brave go zip lining through the canyon. Visit the town of Columbia, an old gold mining town where your children can pan for gold, check out the old blacksmith or just ride into history on a stagecoach. Angels Camp has its annual Frog Jumping extravaganza while Murphys has an annual St. Patrick's Day parade and don't forget Arnold's hometown Fourth of July parade.

It was a wonderful weekend. Home is nice and comfortable. but this is not a 3 bedroom, just 2 bedroom and big open second floor. One of the bathroom with 2 beds look like former laundry.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: So glad you had a great time. We converted a bedroom closet into laundry facilities as an extra convenience for guests. The upstairs has a sitting area, closet, full bath and queen size bed. It has always been used as a bedroom so not sure what else I we could call that area. The feedback is much appreciated and most importantly, we are so glad it was a wonderful weekend for you and your family.

Wonderful cabin! I spent a week there with my 2 adult children and their mates.. Upon arrival, we were all impressed with the decor, and clean contemporary furnishings. the house was spotless! 3 Bears Cabin has lovely windows and a nice deck off the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked- great meals were created during our stay. There is a large dining table, perfect for family meals. This cabin has a wonderful open floor plan. It was warm, but the available fans cooled us down. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. We had a great time at fly-in lake. We'll be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
