  this was our first time going thru VRBO, and we were pleasantly surprised~we researched many condos and thought this one looked the best~it looked and sounded really good on the website....but to be honest the website really doesn't do it justice...it is far more luxurious in person~ the minute we walked in, it was like we were in a 5 star hotel~the furnishings were lovely, the view~spectacular! we had virtually everything we needed~we were overwhelmed by all that was available to us......jan is the nicest lady you will ever deal with, she was close by and we knew if we needed her, she would be there for us. she is so informative and has any info you may need.....it was pleasure dealing with her.....i would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone~if we ever make it back to kauai, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!, however we will not visit this lovely island in march, we had more rain than sun unfortunately, (our bad for booking at that time of the year)......and since we could not travel around the island due to the bad weather, we could not asked for a better place to be out of the rain..thanks to jan for everything! and thanks to the owners of this fabulous property for letting us common folk utilize your condo...what a wonderful place!

  I use VRBO often and this unit and location is one of the best! Both bedrooms are lovely, the views of the ocean and Shipwreck Beach astounding, the moon rise and sunrises breathtaking, famous sunsets just out on the point by a short paved trail, and stars by the millions. Lots of rolling lawn and spaciousness between the unit and the Hyatt. Sparkling clean, everything you need, it was like staying at a friends condo. The location is perfect for going to the rest of the island. Love it, will go again!!

  This condo is well worth the little bit extra. We were looking for an ocean view and close to the beach and this condo has both. In fact we came with a large group who had condos which were spread all over Poipu and this condo had by far the best ocean view. The other nice thing was the condo was equipped with everthing; Washer/ Dryert(with soap & fabric softner sheets), all towels & linens you might need, any condiment or staple for the kitchen you could think of, all pots pans dishes, silverware & utensils, boogie boards for the beach, I'm sure I'm forgeting something, in a nutshell....this condo is awesome!! And one more thing, the manager Jan is a great lady and really easy to deal with. She said what she could do and did what she said at every encounter we had with her.

  We are first time users of VRBO from Pa . VRBO was recomended to us by the company we booked our dinner cruise with.(Capt Andys was great) We carefully researched all of our options and narrowed it down to 2 condos about 5 miles away from each other. After talking to one owner and one property manager ,Jan, we chose this condo. We liked that she was very close if we needed anything and we liked the green space this site offered. What we could not anticipate was the view! It was way more impressive than we could have expected. The condo was redone so wisely, to accentuate the view . And great taste in the decoarating. We loved the shower! There is so much to do on this litle island, our ten days went way too fast. The oversized back porch facing the ocean was heaven morning noon and night. Our only wish was for wireless internet. Thanks so much for opening this great condo to occasional travellers like us. It was obvious you decorated as though it was home and supplying all of thel linens and soaps and books and games and beach chairs....was so kind. Parking was right by condo every single time. We would tell anyone not to hesitate renting this condo. We never had to call Jan but we knowing she was just up the street was so comforting and her notes in the unit were used daily!

  My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo in May 2010. As you first enter this condo, the beauty of the rooms combined with seeing the ocean view immediately upon entering the condo just takes your breath away. The bedrooms were very roomy with plenty of dressers for your clothes, the bathrooms were beyond luxurious! Having the ability to make breakfast in the beautiful kitchen, we would then sit on the balcony to enjoy our meal while taking in the breathtaking view of the ocean and enjoying the breeze and scenery. Being able to do our laundry in the condo was so convenient. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a homey feel with the incredible view of the ocean, which is only a short walk away. I am still pinching myself over the wonderful accomdations and waking up each morning to the ocean view and going to bed at night watching the moon rise.

  Listening to the surf as you wake each morning, falling asleep each night to the waves -- THAT's the way to bookend a beautiful day in Kauai. As you walk in the front door, you see manicured lawns dipping down to the ocean: the view is fabulous and you cannot take your eyes from it. The condo is perfect. Jan, the host, is wonderfully hospitable, and offered some great suggestions. You cannot do better.

  We just returned from our amazing Kauai vacation where we stayed in unit 522. This condo is absolutely wonderful! We have stayed in this unit in the past and the remodel of the unit is beyond words!! Everything is first class, yet still maintains a very comfotrable feeling. Everything you will need is located inside the unit. We have now rented this unit two times through Jan. As before, our experience with her was exceptional. We were fortunate to be able to meet her this time and as we expected, Jan is a very welcoming, warm individual who truley possesses the Aloha spirit. In the future, we will definitely rent THIS unit from JAN.

  This condo went way beyond our expectations... The photos do NOT do it justice. IT IS LUXURY ACCOMMODATIONS!!! Every room (with the exception of one bedroom) has wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling views of the Pacific and the beach. The view never got old and was still mesmerizing us as we closed the door upon our departure. Everything has been thought of... Fully stocked with everything you could need (including beach chairs, ice chest, boogie boards, snorkels gear, beach towels, board games etc). Our group was composed of two couples, and it was PERFECT! Don't pass this one up for something cheaper OR more expensive.. There's NO comparison! PROS: - Proximity to the Hyatt (it was like staying at the nicest suite at the resort). A path from the front door leads directly to all of the Hyatt's amenities. We visited for spa services, restaurants, and bars. - Proximity to the beach. This condo is the most reasonably priced luxury accommodation ON the beach. You can be playing in the waves in less than 5 minutes! - Perfect place from which to explore Kauai! We hadn't been to the island before and were right in the middle.. Pretty much equidistant from both ends of the island's ring road. - Near shopping, restaurants, and groceries... Lots of options within 10 minutes. - Parking. We parked 20 feet from our front door for no extra charge. You need a car to explore the island, and a hotel charges to park your car far away. CONS: - There weren't any!

We have had so many grateful guests and repeat visitors and do not take this for granted . I keep this condo in pristine condition to match it's gorgeous location at Keoneloa Bay. We offer early check in and late check out probably 90% of the time with no charge jand enjoy a really good feeling with our guests. It is absolutely perfect for 4 adults. This condo is supplied with many extras and much literature about the island at your fingertips. It's a great vacation just to be here in this condo and such a welcoming spot to "come home to" after exploring God's Beautiful Island of Kauai. .

  We stayed in Poipu Sands #522 for 10 days in September 2009. It was an amazing experience from the minute we got there until we left. Jan was the best host we've ever had, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The remodel of the unit was beyond our expectations, the finishes truly luxurious. The view was inspiring and the proximity to the Hyatt was an added bonus. We have been to Hawaii several times and this was by far our favorite place to stay! We will definitely stay here again!
