Nearness to Beach/Ocean . Adjacent to the Best Hotel on the island. We love to play golf and Poipu Bay Golf Course is our favorite course anywhere and our children love to snorkel and surf.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Guests at Poipu Sands enjoy a Large Heated Pool in the winter and a cool Refreshing Pool with deep end and lap lane in the summer. We all enjoy Grilling at the pool and there is a fish market 5 minutes away as well as 3 grocery stores. We have a lush colorful Greenbelt for family fun and an "open feeling". Our buildings are far apart and we have good sound proofing so I rarely hear anyone. It is a quiet and private feeling here. We are very close to The Grand Hyatt, Poipu Bay Golf Course, hiking, horseback riding, atv touring, snorkeling, scuba,
10 top restaurants, lots of tennis, two fine golf courses, walking areas, limited biking areas , lovely shopping villages, and historic displays and wonderful big banyon trees and monkey pod trees many years old. Within 1/2 hour helicoptor rides, boat rides, hand gliding, kayaking, an outdoor mall, zip lines, atv tours, and horseback riding and extraordinary National Botanical Gardens.

We are the Kantor family from San Francisco and have been coming to Kauai since the 80's. In 07 we reopened our condo as a Pristine Luxury Remodel. Our family and friends enjoy coming to our Unique spot in Sunny Poipu on Kauai whenever possible. Jan Muller, our good friend in the complex helps us manage this kondo along with hers.
