Studio/Efficiency in Aquarius which is on Collier Blvd for easy access to the beaches, groceries. Starbucks, good food, boutique shopping and more (easy walking distance). Our pool is outstanding, the landscaping is superb, the residents are friendly. The staff is helpful and kind. We love our hideaway and believe you will too. Come try us out.
We supply towels, sheets, dishes, cookware, and lots of daily use items. New queen-size Murphy Bed this year (very good mattress) (there is also a sleeper sofa - suitable for a child).

We are German, we know Naples area best. The nicest place is Marco Island. There are only two bridges and therefor no crime. We found Aquarius Apts. Merkur, also nearest to the pool. Nice appartment, just everything you need. There is much space between the houses and pretty nice tropic plants. Nice place to relax, if you come from visiting Naples or Fort Myers. We don´t like to rent houses, than there is nobody around you. We found always nice guys at the pool to talk with. Our English is getting better, more often we stay there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Our liability to you is limited to the sum of money that we received for this lease. You are liable for damages caused by negligence, misuse or abuse. You may use all of of the appliances, the crib, and stroller. The key to the laundry room is attached to the front door key and is on a lockbox on the front door. The laundry is coin operated. The washing machine and dryer each require 6 $.25 coins. Bath towels, cleanings supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, mop, etc are in the unit, but please replace them as you use them. This unit also has beach chairs that you may use. When you arrive, you will need to turn on the water in the small closet that is the first on your left. The valve is about 3ft (1 meter) above floor level. You will also need to turn on the water heater. The electric switches are in the hall outside the restroom on your right as you approach the restroom. Starbucks and the grocery store are 1 mile North on Collier Blvd.

Why the Owner Chose Aquarius:
This complex is a block from resident's beach where you have access to inexpensive meals, facilities, chairs, and of course the best beach. If you want to go a little further the public beach access is an easy bike ride or walk. The local businesses often offer live music in the evenings and they showcase very good talent. Groceries, ice cream, marina, and Starbucks within walking distance.
