About the owner: We are a retired couple, a former lawyer/scientist who enjoy traveling the world. We have spent most of our adult lives in Vancouver and we know the city very well and are always pleased to share our favourite places with our visitors. We have spent many wonderful hours boating, hiking, and mountain climbing in BC and regard this province and city as the most wonderful place in the world to live. We spend 6 months a year in our house in Vancouver and 6 months on our boat in Europe. We bought this stunning penthouse as a future retirement home and love to invite vacation, business, and long-term visitors to enjoy this very special place.

We waited for years for this special penthouse to become available because we knew this was the lifestyle we wanted. Harbour Cove has so many friendly owners, and it was so easy to make friends. Living by the water, watching the boats go by and having such incredible views is a dream. Being able to walk the seawall, buy fresh fish across the street from the fishboats on the public dock, visit the farmer's market and enjoy all the bustling activity at Granville lsland - these are some of the things that we do that make living here so unique.
