                          • The area is perfect. At a quiet back road 100 m back from main 'eat street' & chic boutique strip of Seminyak - Bali. Within 5 minutes of walking you have access to 20+ great eating places offering the best quality/price ratio Restaurants in Bali. Also right there are numerous high to mid end boutiques offering the best of what local talent has to offer in Fashion, Jewelry & Creative arts. Only minutes walk away from best part of Kuta/Legian/Seminyak beach with well known and High end KuDeTa, The Legian and The Oberoi Hotel right there as well as more laid back, pillows on the beach, La Plancha restaurant. Nightlife is well supplied with a bit more sofistication compared to Kuta. KuDeTa, PotatoHead, The Livingroom & Hu Bar are some of the more established ones but don't hesitate to try some of the others lesser known too. Easy layback surf on the beach in front of the best sunset scene on the island. Also easy access out to bypass to take you to all the quality surf within 20-30 min drive. Canggu, Kuta reef, Sanur and all the breaks in the Bukit/Nusa Dua area.                           About the owner: We are from Sweden & USA. We have been living in Bali since 1998 and moved here to pursue a better quality life filled with sun, fun, surf, quality family life and the oppurtunity to see and activity being part of our kids growing up. A life full of adventure and flexibility. Bali has and is Great for us.

                          Why the Owner Chose Seminyak:
                          Having lived in three different areas this really is the best place. Everything we need just around the corner. But still quiet. As a surfer I appreciate the fun easy stuff around the corner as well as easy access to all the other quality spots. Before when I lived in the Bukit all I surfed was that. Now I easily go everywhere. Both coasts and stuff more north. It has really made me surf more quality waves away from crowds.
