Single floor clean modern condo; no wall to wall which has been replaced by tile or laminate flooring. Furniture and appliances are new. No smoking; No pets so no pet hair or smells; no germs. Clean and easy to keep that way. Washer and dryer in garage; bikes are there; internet is there and wireless is availble; cable tv and three grills [elec, gas, charcoal]; you can spend the day at the pool or watch the golfers fish for lost balls from the lanai. Pine Island with its beaches and restaurants is just down the road as is Cape Coral, Ft Meyers, and Port Charlotte.

This is an excellent property for a getaway vacation. The unit is "spotless" and has been updated in the last 2 years with new furniture, appliances and flat screen TV's. The owners are phenominal people to rent from. This was our second year staying here and look forward to returning for several more years. We love the marina and taking our morning walks to go and watch the manatees.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: Walt and Sally live and work in Nothern NJ and hope to retire to their getaway sometime in their lifetime. He's a lawyer trying to retire and she's in the financial dept of a large pharma company. We travel back and forth 3 to 4 times a year.
Why the Owner Chose Burnt Store Marina:
Candidly, because its not near the crowds, the bars, the spring breakers, noisy partiers, etc. Yet its close enough to Pine Island, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Sanibel to do all those things. The Marina is right there, there's golf and tennis on site and dozens of other golf course within a short drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We've redone the whole place. The wall to wall has been removed and floors are clean and easy to keep that way The furniture is new, the appliances too. Our bikes are there for you to use. Three grills because I couldn't stand the arguement as to which way is better and the nice size pool is a 2 minute walk. Everything is on one floor and we also have a washer and dryer for you to use. Vacuum and cleaning equipment is there also. Cable TV plus entertainment center and wireless internet.
