Your two bedroom, two bath Unit is located on the second floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms have TV's with DVD/VCR's. The living room has a 32' TV with DVD and a stereo/CD, and the sofa is a queen sleeper. Master is kingsize bed, guest is queen size bed. Rollaway is twin size. The kitchen is loaded with everything you will need, including a blender for frozen drinks. Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking.
A new bike/walking path along Old Highway 98 connects the Majestic Sun to the grocery stores and the Silver Shells Outlet Mall (the best one I've found). You can also take the car, it's less than a mile.
Seascape Resort includes 18-hole championship golf course, conference center, bicycle trails, tennis courts, fresh water lakes and lovely park grounds. Majestic Sun is part of this gated community. - Pool and Fitness center has been recently refurbished with all new Startrec equipment cardiovascular. Tennis courts are 8 Rubico lighted and 2 plexi-pave, unlighted. - charges apply. Garage Parking, with covered walkways to elevators. Carts are available in lobby to help with your luggage.

I recently stayed at this condo with my husband and our 3 kids ages 5,6 and 8. The condo was very spacious. I was first attracted to the condo because we were on a tight budget being that it was right after Christmas. I did not pay enough attention to the sleeping arrangements. We had to have our girls sleep in the same bed as it was just one queen size bed and my son had to sleep in the hall way on a pull out which was very low to the ground and would not work for a larger person. We could have used the pull out couch, but my husband and I stay up later so it would have kept the kids up. Both beds were very comfortable which is rare to find. The bathrooms were a nice size. Remember to bring your own toiletries and laundry soap. The view was wonderful. We sat on the large balcony alot of the time. The pool area was great as well. The temperature was warm and perfect for the 60 degree weather. The parking was not to bad. The kitchen was fully stocked and appliances worked great. My family really enjoyed our visit to Destin and would stay in this condo again if the price was the same.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay here, the condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything needed. The view from the balcanoy was breathtaking and very relaxing. I highly recommed using this condo, we will be definetly booking this condo again!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We had a family of seven, and this condo was perfect, beautiful view!!! my husband & I spent most of the afternoons sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. For a family of seven I did have to wash towels and wash clothes just about everyday. Dave was very nice and was immediately available when i had a question.ThanksRecommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

The walk-in closet served as a "3rd bedroom" as I set up our crib in there for my youngest. I am so thankful I did nto hastily make any decisions to cancel our trip due to oil scares as we would have missed out on such a beautiful, relaxing, and fun vacation.
