Stay in shape in this resort by splashing in the 2000 feet of the Gulf of Mexico or by playing tennis at one of seven courts or golf at the onsite championship Seascape Golf Course. Take a bike ride or walk along the miles of trails at the resort or surf or boogie board in the Gulf of Mexico! Fish in the many ponds in the resort or surfcast in the Gulf of Mexico. FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION.

Your two bedroom, two bath Unit is located on the second floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms have TV's with DVD/VCR's. The living room has a 32" TV with DVD and a stereo/CD, and the sofa is a queen sleeper. Master is kingsize bed, guest is queen size bed. Rollaway is twin size. The kitchen is loaded with everything you will need, including a blender for frozen drinks. Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking.

A new bike/walking path along Old Highway 98 connects the Majestic Sun to the grocery stores and the Silver Shells Outlet Mall (the best one I've found). You can also take the car, it's less than a mile.

Seascape Resort includes 18-hole championship golf course, conference center, bicycle trails, tennis courts, fresh water lakes and lovely park grounds. Majestic Sun is part of this gated community. - Pool and Fitness center has been recently refurbished with all new Startrec equipment cardiovascular. Tennis courts are 8 Rubico lighted and 2 plexi-pave, unlighted. - charges apply. Garage Parking, with covered walkways to elevators. Carts are available in lobby to help with your luggage.
