Beautiful paradise Palm Desert,SUN CITY by Del Webb home, pool exquisite piano design 6 ft deep end, gentle slope very safe for non swimmers, hot tub big hit for our family . Lovely water churning actions, two settings manual. A dream soaker if ever there was one. Was amazingly quiet , the high wall eliminates every sound, the front yard patio was our mornings favourite place. We were able to rent a golf cart inexpensively. Cart was great for traveling to Shopping Centre where Sun Residents have private entrance gate. We would return via green belt pathways to the home. A lovely treat. We have met so many highly 'professional' retirees from all over the World here at Sun City. Having traveled the world for decades,wintering all over including Hawaii, this is our 'winter ' stay-at-home first choice .The majority of 'guests' come every year for same months. Many rent an entire year before deciding to purchase. The retiree trend of Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco folks seeking a 'desert break' from the City and rains is the strongest recent local trend including Sale-Leaseback arrangements.
