Lots of upgrades needed for this property. Musty smelling, in fact I left the house on Feb 15th and two weeks later, I can still smell the musty smell on my clothing I had while I stayed at the house. The hot tub was leaking and didn't work properly for the first week even though we paid for the pool/spa heat. When we arrived on FEb 1st, the hot water boiler fuses were still switched off and there was no heat on in spite of the cold temperatures outside. Dead cockroaches were found in various places thorough out the house. All this house would need to make it more inviting would be a major upgrade and some consideration shown to ensure everything was ready and in working order several days prior to guests arriving.......Did you find this review helpful? Rates from $1405 Low Season - $2265 Holiday Season Pool heat is an additional $210 We require a 10% deposit ($150 minimum)on booking and the full balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival. We also require a breakages deposit payable with balance.
