Beautiful Space/Great neighborhood
Beautiful Space/Great neighborhood
We are new to Vancouver, and we got so lucky with this rental. We originally intended to stay here for a couple of weeks, but loved the place so much and extended it to a long term rental. This really is the perfect rental. The owners have gone above and beyond and thought of everything from design to comfort. The location is amazing; the apartment is beautiful and has everything you could want . All the details of the property/rental description are listed above, but what it does not say is how kind and accommodating the owners are. They are warm, gracious, and professional; we couldn't be happier with this place. The neighborhood is beautiful and has lots of professionals and families. There is a great community center and tons of restaurants for couples and families. I sincerely recommend this lovely place with even lovelier owners to anyone.

About the owner: Mark and Tim are blessed to live in the beautiful neighbourhood of Coal Harbour, along the shores of Vancouver Harbour, the Burrard Inlet and world renowned Stanley Park. Tim is a local Realtor, and Mark owns a stunning flower and garden shop on the seawall on Coal Harbour Marina. Mark and Tim split their time between town and their country cottage - a short distance from Vancouver - where they spend free time in the garden and taking their two dogs Cricket and Gizmo beachcombing along the waters of Georgia Straight.
Why the Owner Chose Coal Harbour:
Why this property? That's easy. Because it's central and ridiculously convenient to everything. Not to mention the modern interior with designer furniture and architectural features including stainless and glass railings and soaring 16' floor to ceiling windows.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We are dog owners and appreciate the challenges that come with wanting to bring our furry friends on vacation with us. As a townhouse, the property has it's own entrance to the street providing convenient access when fido needs attention. There are also off-leash areas nearby where the dogs can run.
