I AM AN ARTIST AND I ALWAYS WANT TO STAY WHERE THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING VIEW AND THIS VILLA HAS IT!! THERE WAS NO NEED TO GO ANY OTHER PLACE THAN STAY AT THE VILLA BECAUSE THE VIEW COULD NOT BE ANY BETTER. THE VILLA WAS VERY ATTRACTIVE, SPOTLESS AND COMFY!! LOVED THE ROCKERS ON THE BALCONY AND THE RECLINER. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE A PLACE IN FL., I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THIS VILLA EVEN IF ONLY TO PAINT. I WANTED TO GET AWAY FOR A FEW DAYS THAT WAS CLOSE BY AND WE STAYED IN THIS WONDERFUL VILLA AT HARBOUR TOWN. WE DID LEAVE ONCE A DAY TO GO TO A "LOCAL" PLACE FOR A GOOD FISH SANDWICH EVERY NIGHT! WHILE I WAS THERE, I PAINTED 4 NEW PAINTINGS!! AND I WANNA GO BACK AND PAINT MORE LIGHTHOUSES AND HARBOUR TOWN!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We had an excellent experience at this villa. The view is one of the best on the island and we enjoyed watching the yachts come and go each day. The location is perfect as you can walk right out the front door to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The villa is well maintained and the rental and check in process were without problems.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We always stay at the beach when we visit Hilton Head, and this time we wanted a different view. We opted to find a place in Harbor Town, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The condo advertisement photo showing the view from the balcony is exactly what you get. We felt like we were walking into a picture postcard every time we looked out the window. You get the same beautiful view from the bedroom as you do from the living room. The condo is nicely, and comfortably decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked. The massage chair is a major bonus, we enjoyed it every evening after a long day of harbor walking, tennis and golf. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo to all of our friends. Grab a tall cool drink and enjoy the sunset in the rocking chairs on the balcony. Life can't get any better!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We loved the condo and the convenience. It is across the street from the Harbor Town golf course which was in outstanding shape. We walked to dinner every night and loved the location right on the harbor. Every day there were new boats in the Marina making their way south for the winter. We had a wonderful dinner at CQ Resturant which wasn't in the guide but is located next to the coffee shop and is a short walk from the condo. There were not many tourists so nightlife is quiet to nonexistant this time of the year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

I’ve been traveling to Hilton Head Island for over 40 years; certainly long before it was the “in” thing. We’ve stayed in many locations and Sea Pines has always been our favorite. Prior to becoming “almost” empty-nesters we have always stayed in private homes, so we were a bit apprehensive in a condo/villa type situation for our Thanksgiving get-away. We just returned home from our trip and the Villa was more than we could ask for. The home and entire rental experience exceeded our expectations. Kim was great in making the actual rental process as smooth and easy as possible and provided everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. When we arrived on the Island check in was easy and Sea Pines office went out of its way to make us feel welcomed. The Villa itself provides easy parking. The home was tastefully decorated and everything we needed provided for a comfortable stay. Describing the actual villa location as being “perfect” is an understatement. Pictures do not do it justice and are indeed postcard worthy. What you see in the picture IS what you will get…the views are outstanding and we spent most evenings on the balcony soaking up the sunset and marina activity. It was fun to experience the energy and excitement of the marina without having to fight Harbor Town parking! Thanks again to Kim for providing a wonderful week for us! We WILL be back!
