Cinnamon Cove condo description
Our condo located in a Cinnamon Cove, a gated community. We are a short three miles from fun filled Fort Myers Beach and four miles from the Sanibel Island Causeway, providing access to miles of shell covered beaches. We are just a short walk from a major grocery chain, pharmacies, restaurants and banks. If public transportation is preferred, there are bus stops outside each of our two entrances where one can ride LEETRAN to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) or area shopping. Access to the Fort Myers Beach Trolley is less than a mile from our front entrance, offering a convenient way to get to and from the beach in high season.
Our beautifully landscaped, active community boasts three lakes and 10 heated swimming pools. We offer tennis, bocce, pickle ball, shuffleboard and other amenities including a large clubhouse with library, billiards and ping-pong, as well as a fitness center and meeting rooms. A large main pool and spa adjoin the clubhouse. A screened pavilion overlooking the lake has gas grills and picnic tables where small parties are held and friends and family can be entertained. Our entire clubhouse and recreation area is a Wi-Fi hotspot.
This fabulous 2nd floor 2 bedroom End Unit has a great lake view from Lanai and Living room. Extra large and sunny master suite with a lake view. Breakfast nook in well designed kitchen. Tile in kitchen, entrance and bathrooms. Conveniently situated near the elevator and just one building away from the Club House. Covered parking.

We recently returned to NH from a warm and relaxing 2 month vacation. From the moment we arrived we knew we would like Cinnamon Cove. The location of the unit/building is perfect with easy access to two pools and within walking distance to the Rec Center and grocery store. Our favorite pastime (other than walking) was sitting on the lanai overlooking the “lake” with all sorts of birds indigenous to Florida. Our owner was very solicitous and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. In all fairness, he had just purchased the unit and much of the furnishings were original to the unit. All in all, we had an extremely nice time and are looking forward to returning next year.

We arrived with high expectations and ended up very disappointed. The condition of the condo was not acceptable. The refrigerator would not cool down sufficiently and had to be replaced. The dishwasher control wouldn't function and the dishwasher had to be replaced. The clothes washer water hoses were reversed and needed to be corrected. The cable TV wouldn't receive stations, and after considerable effort diagnosing the problem, it took a service call to correct it. The cushions on the lanai were mildewed and subsequently removed. Replacements didn't arrive until the afternoon before our departure. On the day of departure an electrical malfunction occurred in the condo's electrical panel. The fire department was called. Overall the carpeting and furniture were worn. Not what we would have expected for the price for the rental. We found that Cinnamon Cove is a nice community. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It is unfortunate that we ended up spending so much time being involved in these problems. We would not recommend this unit to others.

Owner response: Dear Don! Thanks for your review. Its impossible to be happy with rental property, hotel, cruise, etc if you are leaving your house with termometr in your pocket to check tempreture in refrigirator. Meaning you already was ready to find something wrong in appartment During my stay in September both dishwasher and refrigirator worked properly. After your call that dishwasher and refrigirator is not working properly, i decided to avoid any conflicts to exchage them for new one . I am pride of my maintanance crew, that it was done next day after your call. Regarding cousions: I e-mail you that i sent them by UPS from NY, but you never answer me that you did not receive them. If you did not e-mail me, means you got them and everything is ok. The fact that you sent me e-mail about cousions only on the last day, I assume that you use lanai with a diner chairs or just did not have time to enjoy lanai and therefore did not need cousions at all. Regarding fire in condo's electrical panel: As i was told by electrician after inspection of the panel, the problem was with manufacture defective breaker. It's not common , but can happened in any house, appartment at any time and without prior notice. And again i am very pride that my crew fixed everything less then in 24 hours. And i want thanks you again for using our property for vacation. P.S. Me and my crew doing everything to make our customers happy and enjoy stay in our condo.
